Came in today and there was 4 tellers and I waited 15 min to be served because it took 3 tellers to help one customer pay off a car loan. I usually do the drive thru and this is the reason. Not sure what time people come into work here but the sitting area was full waiting. No one else was there but the tellers. I just closed my chase account and I regret it everyday. If chase had a branch in my area I would have never switched.

I love my bank. And this Suntrust lets me love them even more.
I normally just use the drive thru at this location, but normally. they give me a lollipop with my receipt. Maybe they think I’m a child, but I’m okay with that.
They are quick with deposits and withdrawals and get me on my way.
