Their quality was okay, but they only get One Star because of their NON-EXISTENT customer service. My project was a simple restoration job, simply to digitally restore a damaged old photo. But they took so long to finish this one little job, that you could start as a child, and by the time you actually receive your work, you’ll be a senior citizen. I had to personally contact the owner THREETIMES in as many months to finally get satisfaction. So if you want to use them, they’ll do a good job, but you’ll have to track them down and call them until your teeth fall out and your hair turns gray. Good luck.

I have had good to excellent service at the Camera Corner. I have bought a camera, two lenses, and several accessory items, and had to return one battery that was defective. They took care of it right away. There have been some people changes there recently with the original owner’s death. I have had basically good experiences with the former and current staff. They are not a big box mail order outfit with unlimited inventory, but you can at least pit your hands on the real items, before your purchase if they have what you need. I am a Canon shooter and I can say that they are very competitive with on-line prices with the Canon items I have researched and consequently purchased locally.

Poor customer service. In the age of the Internet and Amazon they need to learn that the number one thing they could offer is service. They have not figured this out. I took a camera in to be cleaned, a perfect opportunity to offer service that cannot be found using the internet. The employees act almost ambivalent, as if you should be happy for their help. After almost two weeks they had not completed the cleaning we went in and requested it be completed. After waiting almost one hour we picked up the camera and upon returning home found the work had not been completed. When we took the camera back they said it had been cleaned, but when the clerk looked into the view finder they could see that it had not been cleaned. When it was requested that it be cleaned within four days they replied they would see what they could do. Maybe next time I will go to the Internet to see where I could send it.
