Search this company BEFORE ordering. The reviews are correct. They are unprofessional demeaning rude and should not be in business. I’m not sure if what they are doing is legal. They charge you immediately. Then do not send your merchandise. I called once no return call. I called again spoke with the manager who said she had thirty years experience and the company was open for twenty years. Told me they do not ship your order out for 5 – 7 business days after they charge you. Then if an item is not in stock they wait until that item comes available although every item on my order said it was in stock. I took a screen shot of the website as proof. I told her I wanted to cancel my order and she said I’d have to pay 25% return fee for items I’ve not received nor have shipped. She was very demeaning; childish actually, I asked to speak to the owner she said he wasn’t available although I could hear a man speaking in the back ground. If I could have given them a negative amount of stars that’s what the true rating should be

They are more expensive than the Disney Store, but my complaint is their customer service. When I called and actually got someone, she told me to create an RMA online. I waited for over a month for a response. I called and called. There is no way to leave a message. I had no idea how difficult it was to get a LIVE person on the phone. Now I’m waiting for my refund for purchases made in July and September, and Returned in mid– October. I’ve emailed, but no response. Beware! Make sure you don’t need to return something!

They are more expensive than Amazon and I paid for FedEx and it still took 2 weeks. What a ripoff. So sorry I didn’t check Amazon first.
