I travel over 50 miles (round trip) to train with Coach Nate. I have tried other BOXES, but always find myself coming back to Nate. The coaching staff is extremely professional and the programming is aimed to maximize PRs.
I encourage anyone, CrossFitter or not, to give CFED a try. I guarantee you will love this sport, love this box, and love the coaches.

Easily one of the best Crossfit «Box» in the Lake Norman area. Great coaches, programming is superb and consistent, stellar amenities (Showers and child care!) and lead by a humble, excellent and caring ownership team like no other. The community aspect of Crossfit is what separates one Box from another but ultimately why we choose Crossfit over a typical gym. Crossfit Eternal Davidson community of friends, coaches, couples, teens and families shine at CFED. I have visited many Crossfit Boxes globally due to my job. From Argentina, Brazil to Australia, Italy and across America, I have finally found my home Box at Crossfit External Davidson! Thanks Nate and Lala!

Hands down one of the best boxes in the Charlotte /​Davidson area. The staff is knowledgable, friendly and very professional. Drop-​ins are always greeted by the regular athletes. The programming is excellent! You can only improve your skills by going there!
