I recently needed an entire new A/C system and the people at Bay Breeze did a nice job installing a new Trane outdoor condenser unit and an air handler in the attic. The estimator (Will) was professional and provided me with a couple of options and all his quotes were reasonable after I compared their estimates with others. On the day of installation, the installers did a nice job and were able to work around a few unexpected problems that came up. After the installation, Will came back to make sure the unit was working fine and to deliver the warranty paperwork. All in all, it’s a professional operation with good customer service and I was satisfied with the work and the labor warranty coverage.

We were a BGE Home customer for our house but after some home improvements had a wonderful experience with BB. They too offer the same contract yearly service as BGE and even with the Gold contract insured our 10 year old HVAC unit. Two yearly services are included plus parts if needed on repair.
