AT&T

Well I Needed to do the dreaded upgrade my phone mission after it decided to die on me. I walked in with my family and was greeted by a nice and courteous employee by the name of Anthony Odierno. He asked me the magic question how can I help you? Well an 1 and 30 min later I walked out with 2 phones and a tablet. That is how he helped me. (lol)
Let me explain.
Anthony used his charm and step by step explained my options. I needed to upgrade one phone and then get a basic phone no internet for my young son. He was patient us as we went thru different phone options and pricing. I explained my concern on cost etc and he was able to explain how in the long run I would be saving. They were even running a promotion on the tablets and I was able to walk away with one as well at no cost to me but only a small monthly charge that was worth it.
The store was organized and clean. Staff was friendly. It was a friday afternoon at 4:30 I walked in. Anthony was able to attend to me quickly and efficiently.
Overall I was happy with my experience at this ATT location.
