Wonderful experience from start to finish at Beautiful Windows! Great customer service. Dealt mostly with Angela, who was my first contact over the phone. Visited them to look over fabrics for reupholstering two chairs. Both Faryal and Angela gave me their undivided attention, helping me to get a clearer picture of what I wanted. It was fun and fairly painless. The hardest part was deciding on the pillows, which Angela came up with the perfect complement to the chairs. Was so excited when they called after only 2 weeks to tell me that they were finished (I expected it to take up to 4 weeks). The finished product is BEAUTIFUL– meeting my full expectations! Am already planning my next visit for a new project.

Love this company! Found them on Angie’s List. The ladies came out and gave us ideas on treatments for our new home. When the shades I had selected turned out to be over our budget, there was no snobby attitude. They worked with us until we found a solution which we could afford and that was perfect for us. The installer was so professional and when he was done, you would not have known anyone was working in out home. We went from having to hang shower curtains over our bedroom windows to the most glorious «boudoir» effect. Thank you all for such a great job!

The Support to choose the right shade is very helpful in their office.
They send to your home first a guy who confirm your measure or take it in case you didn’t,
The delivery time is not the best (+ 4 weeks) but at he end they came and the installations was very professional. Before do something the they ask you is you agreed. (For example if you want the cord loose of fixed to the wall)
Please ask for Eleazar to install you the shades. A very professional worker. One shade had a little issue and he fixed it in no time. Ahh important: let every thing clean.
Español: el soporte fue muy bueno para escoger las cortinas o persianas. Lo único malo fue el tiempo de entrega: +4 semanas

Nothing but bad experiences with Beautiful Windows. Not happy with them. Hunter Douglas themselves had to hire another company to fix their poor installation. I would never use them again.
