Burgers are really really good. According to the wife the veggie one ood one of the better one she ever had .(keep asking for one too) Pricing is decent and place was clean every single time we came in. Employees always smiling and helpful and kids friendly.

I heard about this place, was in the neighborhood, so I decided to go with thing-2. Very cool place with lots of options. Thing-2 got a bacon cheesy burger(she is easy) and I was in between the veggie burger, shrimp-burger and the tuna burger. So many options, hard to make a decision, so I went with the veggie burger and the tuna burger and we got a large sweet potato fries to share. For those who don’t know, you order at the counter/register, and they bring the food to your table. The restaurant is somewhat modern, they have a counter /bar area with new soda-fountain machine, utensils, and a whole bunch of self-serve sauces. They also have a milk-shake bar. What is also very cool is they have a hand washing station, which I thought was an awesome idea. All restaurants should have this. Only negative I had was that it did take a long time to get our food. The restaurant was somewhat empty too, and I even heard other patrons complaining about the wait time. I didn’t mind it so much, because I got to spend time with thing-2, and when the food finally came out, it was really good. I would definitely go back if I was in the area.

My favorite burger place to go to in Davie. The shakes are great and their burgers are always juicy. I always get their bacon cheesy burger. Their sauce bar is a definite must. Try their Thai ketchup and spicy mayo. Also a great place for pescatarians because they have a shrimp burger that is pretty darn good.

Our food was good;however 3 out of 4 of the meals were cold. We had to send back all 3 orders of our fries because they were also cold. We waited 20 minutes for all of our meals then needed to wait another 10 – 15 mins for our reorders of fries and didn’t even get all of them. Highly disappointed in the service.

We decided to stop by to get a quick snack. We ordered the OMG burger with an additional patty. Whoever cooked this burger did a fantastic job as the patties came out juicy inside and crispy outside. Compared to the last visit, we were much satisfied this time!

Met by a friendly staff(one person at lunch time) and ordered at what looked like a hostesses stand. My son ordered the special of the day and fries. I got the«Skinny» turkey burger. The food took almost 15 minutes to reach our table but the presentation was very unique. My turkey burger was wrapped in a fresh tomato and lettuce bun. My son’s burger was done perfectly but the fries were limp and tasteless. I saw some salads and they looked good but not impressed.

Amazing burger! Great food! Pretty cool they have so many different sauces. I had the shrimp burger but I added a beef patty so I made myself a surf and turf burger. Very delicious and I would definitely come back. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the ice cream machine was broken so I couldn’t get a shake. I will be back again though.

I used to be a fan of this place ever since it opened. I loved going there after exams for a good burger and a shake to wash it down. But unfortunately lately the signature shakes have become mediocre and the burgers are ok. The most recent time I visited Burger 21, I ordered the cheesy burger and and my sister, the cinco burger with the half french and half sweet potato fries with a crème brûlée shake and the espresso shake. My burger was nothing special and but my sister relly enjoyed hers. It was good had a nice twost to your average beef and cheese. They put guac and jalapeños which gave it a nice kick. The shakes… oh the shakes… what a disappointment. The crème brûlée was terrible! Tasted like synthetic caramel and splenda. The espresso was ok, just tasted like vanilla and instant coffee. After a few sips we left the shake more than half full. The service was good, mostly college teens working who took my order kindly. I think its safe to say its time to move on from Burger 21.

Everything was awesome when we went! Great, friendly service. Delicious burgers. The patties are amazing, flavor is so good. Had the Bacon Cheesy and Tex-Max Haystack. Chicken tenders are good too, you can tell they’re homemade. Lots of sauces, ragin Cajun was the best. Fries are a little thin but the sweet potatoes went with an Apple cider and a marshmallow sauce that was sweet! I love having ayce sauce haha especially ranch! Can’t wait to try new things there.

Went on Unilocal to find a new burger spot. This place throws B&B burgers out the water! Their burgers and shakes are really delicious. They have a variety of sauces to accompany your meal. The burgers are quite unique. Burgers are delicious! The spot is nice. The people are friendly. The only down part about this location is that you don’t necessarily want to stay long. It’s quiet and there’s not really anything to do. All you can do is eat and leave.

Gimme meat! Ok, of all the burger places in the area, I think this is my favorite. Why? The burger is moist, well seasoned and just all around tasty. And they have a little bar of dips you can use as burger toppings or dips for your fries(like spicy mayo, ranch, and Thai ketchup). I like dips. And they have a lot of gluten free choices for my friends for whom that is vital. And they serve milkshakes! We went here for lunch today and had a great meal. Walked in to a busy, but not crazy restaurant. We were greeted immediately and our order was taken as soon as we made up our minds. Service was friendly and quick. All 3 of us ordered the day’s special, which on Monday is the Bacon Cheesy Burger and fries for $ 7.99. The drink was extra. It worked out to about $ 10 a person with tax. I was excited to see they have a daily special that basically is 2 regular menu items for a lower price. That’s smart! Our food came within 10 minutes and the order was correct(good since we all ordered different toppings). I was very worried when I cut into my burger, and it absolutely was medium rare to rare, instead of the medium temperature I ordered. I like medium rare, but I never order it anywhere anymore because it so often comes out rare. I bit into it anyway and it was delicious. I ate the whole thing, even though I planned to take half home for later. The fries also were great, and had the perfect amount of seasoning on them. Combined with the dip choices, I was in piggy heaven. I’m writing this review 9 hours later and I’m still not hungry. Burger 21 does have non-burger items on the menu, but I’ve never tried them. Probably never will! It’s a burger place, and I’ll stick with that!

I’ve been here enough times and tried enough burgers to give my opinion. I wish I can give them 5 stars, but what needs to be improved is their organisation and level of service. Like most burger joints, you walk up to the cashier and place your order. Their brightly lit signs that’s displayed behind the counter doesn’t show everything they offer. You still have to refer to their tri-fold paper menu to decide. They’re a bit pricey, as the price is just for the burger. No sides, no drink. I’ve had their Turkey, Mediterranean, Chicken Marsala and I go for their special burger of the month when I feel like trying something new. Their food is delicious. It’s what makes me keep coming back. But every time I show up for lunch hour on Friday’s(that’s usually my cheat day) they always manage to make it a frustrating and disappointing visit. One day they forgot to bring one of the burgers for our table. Another would be that they took forever to bring our order when the restaurant is near empty. Then what really had me going was that they never have their condiment/sauce table stocked with the necessities. No napkins, or forks, or ketchup. Even toilet paper in the bathroom was missing one day. I do keep coming back cause their food is delicious, but please get your staff together. Especially for customers with a very short lunch hour.

Always wanted to try burger fi and was happy to do so today! Definitely coming back for a real burger soon with the fam! I ordered their skinny turkey burger and a side order of French fries. It was Friday night walked in took my order and brought it out to my table within ten minutes. They have music playing and the vibe is great not to busy for a Friday night. The employees were great. The burger was great a bit hard to eat but I just chopped the salad up and took bites of the burger and lettuce separately. The fries were great as well although a bit to salty for my taste. Next time I’ll them no salt and add the salt form the table salt. Can’t wait to be back with the fam!

Fantastic! Stumbled upon this burger joint looking for a treat post exams. More than a treat. I’m trying a healthier kick of eating more vegetables and less meat, so I was hoping that they’d have veggie burgers. I was MORE than pleased with the selection. My girlfriend and I split a black bean burger, topped with salsa, fresh avocado, onions, and a sun dried tomato aioli. The vegetables were fresh and the black bean patty was phenomenal! We also split«the Greek»: a wonderful vegetable patty with feta cheese, roasted red peppers, and pickled cucumbers. It reminded us of our trip to Greece! We also got half and half fries(half French fries and half sweet potato) which was a great decision because of their kick butt sauce bar. We tried Thai ketchup, apple cider, Ragin Cajun and chipotle mayo. All were unique but fantastic! They were out of toasted marshmallow, which I assume would have turned my sweet potato fries into dessert(definitely looking forward to this next time). Service was quick and friendly! Looking forward to trying all the different kinds of burgers next time. They also had an extensive list of shakes, but we had been too full. Also on the list for next time :)

I hope this downgrade is temporary. As you can see from my previous review, I have been a fan since your opening. Today, however, our experience was far from stellar. First, the service was extremely slow. We must have waited 20 minutes for our order. The half and half fries came out first. They were lukewarm and many tasted stale. They were not the piping hot fries I was used to. When our burgers finally arrived, I realized my Monetary Chicken Burger was missing the bacon it was supposed to have on top. Once we got ahold of a server they took it back and added little chopped bacon pieces. They kind of reminded me of the«bacos» you put on a salad. Besides, being slow, the service was pretty unfriendly. What happened to those smiling faces we used to see? Burger 21, even with so much burger competition in the area, you are still our favorite burger spot. So please, kick it up a notch! I know management may be busy opening your new Fr Lauderdale location, but the Davie store definitely needs some TLC!

I bought a Groupon which was $ 14 for $ 25 worth of food. So for $ 14, the overall experience was great. I looked up the menu online and knew I was going to order either the skinny or the bacon cheesy 4 pack but I ended up ordered the skinny(which is a turkey burger) to be on the healthier side. The turkey burger was actually good. I was expecting the turkey burger to be dry and flavorless but it was completely the opposite. I liked the fact the burger wasn’t greasy. Also the fact that avocado was one of the toppings. My boyfriend ordered the bacon cheesy 4 pack. He said they were pretty good but I didn’t have a bite. He also said they were filling, which is good considering they aren’t cheap.(On Thursdays they have a deal which includes 2 minis with fries for $ 5.99). We ordered a large fry to share, which seemed more like a regular or small size. I can’t image what the next size down looks like. The fries were crispy and addicting but they didn’t seem fresh, they seemed frozen. The best part of the meal was the banana foster. It was really delicious! I wouldn’t mind driving to Burger21 just for the shake. Overall, Burger21 is pricey. I’d say the average person spends between $ 15 — $ 20 on a burger, fries and drink. I’m a huge Char-Hut & Five Guys fan, so I don’t think I’ll be back to Burger21 without a Groupon or some type of deal.

ITSOFFICIAL! I’ve experienced my FIRST Unilocal let down :( I’m a burger girl … I can eat a good burger any day! Carlos B.(My boyfriend) and I decided to try this place out on a Friday night. The reviews were very good and many fellow Unilocalers, including our CM, that we know have raved about this place. We were very excited going in. We walk in the door and it’s nice. It kinda reminds me of Chipotle but for burgers. The décor is chic and it’s charming and the line is out the door. The food isn’t on display for you like at Chipotle. You order and they give you a number, which you take to your table and then someone will drop your food off. The lady at the register was OK. Maybe it’s a personal thing, but I like when people ask me if I’ve been to their establishment before. We weren’t asked that. When ordering we told her we wanted the burgers as they were described in their menu … But she continued to ask us if we wanted mayo, mustard, ketchup, lettuce, onion, tomato, ect. When we said«oh, um, however they are on the menu is fine» she caught an attitude and told us we needed to pick what we wanted … Wow. Our order is placed and we head to the drink /sauce station. They have an arrangement of sauces(but not like Tijuana Flats). They have your standard ketchup and mustard. But the also have unique sauces like Thai Ketchup, Toasted Marshmallow, Rajin Cajin, ect. We ordered the«half & half» which is half sweet potato and half regular fries. The fries are small like Steak & Shake(you have to eat 5 at a time to actually taste anything). The sauces were good with the fries. The toasted marshmallow with the sweet potato fries was really good. Our burgers come out and my mouth was watering. They LOOKED amazing! I got the Tex-Mex burger and Carlos got the OMG Burger. Well, they call it the OMG burger because when you see it that’s the first thing you say. Huge is an understatement; and Carlos being 6’1″ had a hard time eating it … So imagine me lol. The first bite was surprising … The burger patty was enormous and a ton of grease came pouring out. Maybe some people like that … I do not. I got about 3 bites in, and my entire burger fell apart. I literally had to whip out a fork and knife … When eating a burger, Im not a fork and knife kinda girl. By my 4th bite I was actually tasting the burger and not just the bread and condiments. It was DISGUSTING! LOADED and I means LOADED with salt! Holy crap!!! There is nothing worst than having a 1lb patty, cooked to perfection, and ruined by an additional 1lb of salt. It was soooooooo bad that I couldn’t even finish my burger. I was extremely disappointed. Oh, and it wasn’t just me … when Carlos got to the middle of his burger, he also was disgusted by the overload of salt and he didn’t finish his burger either. We decided to order dessert and give it a try. I had to jump back into the Chipotle-out-the-door-line. After 20 mins in line I ordered a cookie with ice cream … Or what they like to call«White Chocolate Macadamia Caramel Sunday». Get my number and go to my table. A girl walks by and takes the number off our table and heads to the dessert bar(which is in plain site from our table). 30 minutes later she starts working on our order. I mean really? It’s a cookie with a scoop of ice cream people! The dessert was my determining factor on the review I was about to give this place … And they lost. The dessert took SO long and we watched them make it(it took them MAYBE one minute). Oh and, we didn’t even get the candied pecans the menu said it came with. I write reviews based on overall experience and I have never EVER been let down by a Unilocal selection that had good reviews until now. I was beyond disappointed. I wanted to like them soooooo badly, I really did but the only reason I gave them a 1 star was because Carlos had me laughing hysterically while we sat through this disaster of a Friday night food venture. My advice: don’t go there hungry and make sure you have 2 hours to spare. Not sure Id give them a second chance. :-/

Finally! I found a decent veggie burger made with fresh ingredients! Thank you Burger 21 for understanding what the necessary components are for perfecting this burger. The best part of this place is that it’s near my job, yesssssss, great lunch options are always favored :) I headed over to Burger 21 to continue my quest for a good veggie burger. The place is new, couldn’t have been built more than 5 years ago. Everything is modern and clean, though still feels like you’re in a 1950s burger joint. How they managed to accomplish that I don’t know, but kudos to them. My order included… The Greek– I enjoyed this burger very much! The patty is crafted using fresh ingredients; brown rice, mushrooms, onions, & peppers. I wish I would have known the patty had brown rice though, I would have ordered it open face(no bun, watching the carbs). It was flavorful surprisingly. You can actually taste all of the vegetable ingredients. This was topped with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, cucumbers and this AWESOME feta cheese spread. The bun was sweet and grainy, it was good but I could have done without. This burger was light, but still satisfying and filling. It was really delicious! Large Fries– Everything of course is a la cart, so the fries were at an additional cost. They were quite tasty! These skinny fries are the dangerous kind that you just keep eating without knowing you’re eating them… Lol. I am a sauce kind of girl, and Burger 21 has 10 different sauces to choose from, I’m in heaven! My favorite was the Thai Ketchup, and a Chipotle mayo of some sorts, but they were all relatively good. Actually the honey mustard comes to mind as well and it was also yummy! Everything I ordered totaled to $ 10, not so bad given the freshness of the ingredients. The service was also excellent. They deliver your food to your table and the staff was very attentive and polite. Sort of happy to serve you type deal. If you’re in the neighborhood, please stop by Burger 21, they won’t disappoint!
