This company is a God send. After roadside assistance sent another company that left me stranded with a flat tire for hours, CLS came to me quickly, on a rainy night, and saved the day. If it weren’t for them, I’d still be in my car. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO STAN!

Most reliable roadside assistance you could possibly find down here in hectic south florida. Unfortunately ive locked my keys in my car multiple times within a short period of time but i can always count on CSL whenever i need some quick assistance. You’re the best!

Went out to head to work on yesterday and saw that I had nice flat. I have roadside assistance with Acura, so I called for assistance. I was originally paired with Inmans Auto Rescue. After an initial ETA of 1 hr and numerous calls pushing the ETA, I decided to cancel (and have someone take me to work) and deal with it in the morning since I was already 1 hr late for work. I called later that night to sched an appt for the morning and requested NOT to have Inmans. Woke up the next morning and saw a text confirmation AND that I was again paired with Inmans. I immediately called Acura back to request another company and it was smooth sailing from there. I was paired with CLS and CLS called right away gave me an ETA, told me where he currently was, and met it. Stan was very professional (even being short a guy on a fresh Monday morning). So much so that I recommended ACURA use CLS as their primary roadside server for the S. Florida area. Thanks for your professionalism!

I had a «leak» in my tire on Sunday night at about 8:30 — 9:00pm. I did not think I would find someone to come out on that day and time of night. Called around and got a few «no’s» but when I called CLS roadside, the lady that answered was very nice and courteous and said she would send her driver out right away. Sure enough the driver, I believe his name was Stanley?, called me right away and stated where he was and how long it would take to get to me. He was there before he estimated and fixed my problem right away. I would recommend this company to every and anyone. Great customer service and knowledge of their profession.
