The first thing that should have kept me out of the store was the fact that they are constantly advertising on tv and every day is a SALE. We ordered two rooms of carpet and the manager of the store(Ken) wrote up the bill without itemizing the carpet or the yardage – mistake on my part for not checking it. No one can decipher what was purchased by reading the purchase order. The carpet installers expected a tip. Carpet has since started«rolling» in one of the rooms and needs to be stretched. Next time I use a local business that backs their work.

DON“T!!! The salesmen are really trained to sell, and our salesman was really nice. But the installers skip corners and the finish work is terrible. They covered nail holes in some areas, others(in obvious places) left unfilled. When I asked about it, they told me that’s the way its supposed to be. We were told our job would be finished in 1 day(4 small bedrooms)… it took 3 days because they showed up at noon and left at 4(we were told they’d be here at 9am). Customer service is terrible!!! When I showed the head guy some of the areas of concern, he screamed at me that that’s the way it’s supposed to be, refused to give me his name or a card, and told his guys to leave. DON“T USEDOLPHIN!!! Terrible customer service!

I came in to this location to pick out new laminate wood flooring for my place. We selected a color, and worked with a nice man at the store. Installation day was where everything went wrong. A group of 5 installers came to our home to work the job. Everything looked great as far as the flooring install… and then i realized my bed’s headboard had a HUGE hole in it. I immediately asked the guy, who told me «oh, we didn’t take pictures like we usually do before we move the furniture, so i’m not sure if it was there before». I think i would notice a hole the size of a baseball in my headboard. We called the store, who told us the company would be in touch with us regarding this issue. It has been over two weeks, and we still have NO solution to this issue. My advice would be to work with a different company. A company that cares about fixing its mistakes and stands behind their actions. This is not that company.
