I came in as a last resort convinced I would need a new phone. Josh was so knowledgeable and helpful. He not only repaired my phone quickly but showed me how to use many features new to me. I will definitely be coming back and asking for Josh!

I dropped my phone after a long night of drinking with my pals. Upon sobering up the next morning I dragged myself and my shattered phone to Dr. PhoneFix where Joshua looked at my phone, asked for nothing more than my name and a credit card, and immediately began fixing it. Shortly thereafter while sobering up with my usual cocktail of Gatorade and more beer, I received a phone call letting me know my baby was fixed. They were timely, cheap, and my phone works good as new. Thanks guys!

Very happy with the service! I went in to get my business phone repaired (charging port was damaged) and they were able to fix it within the hour. When I went to pick up my phone I took my husbands phone and they replaced the tempered glass screen protector on the spot! Very friendly and helpful! Close to home too!

Joshua was my CS rep; very knowledgable. My i6 screen was destroyed– they turned it in 30 minutes, cleaned all the parts, microphones etc and handed it back good as new. New franchise location– very customer focused. Highly recommend.

So I came here today with my iPhone 6 that was completely shattered, chunks missing, LED barely working, just a complete mess. I kept thinking they would charge me a ridiculous price because it’s Pembroke Pines and it’s a relatively pricey area to live in, but compared to other places it wasn’t bad at all. On top of that the customer service was amazing! I was helped by Alex and he was really great, explained everything they would do to my phone, gave me coupons for the future, and helped me pick out the right case for my clumsy self. I would for sure recommend this location and I feel completely confident that their products are of quality. No glue showing or anything like that. So thankful that they where able to fix my phone in 30 – 45 minutes. Completely worth the money.

Ok, so I went on my first GORUCK Challenge! I had a blast and can’t wait for the next one, however… I thrice wrapped my phone and still managed to get it soaked. Desperation and Google had me putting in on rice, and all the other things to dry your phone, but mine hit salt water! Ouch, right?! I was lucky to find Dr. phone Fix five minutes from my house!
Michael was cautiously optimistic about restoring my phone. 24 hrs later, my phone is up and running and I’ll be backing that puppy up the second I get home.
Note to self… back your phone up regularly. Invest in a wet bag. Do more crazy sh*t.

I was on the way to the movies at Cinemark and saw this store. Since the screen on my iPhone 6 was broken I went in and they took great care of me. I left the phone with them and after the movie I picked up my brand new phone. Great service and friendly!
