This is a real bait-​and-​switch company! We had a written quote from them at $ 235 for our 11 office chairs and arranged the service. When the techs arrived to do the work, they informed us $ 235 is their minimum for any job and that cost would not cover 11 chairs of any type. The new estimate was now $ 150 more than the written quote and the new estimate was anyway higher than their competitors quoted us for the same job.
We showed them the door!
