One star based on first impression and initial customer service. Was not planning on placing a huge order, but big for a first time apparel test try like us. Roger was very rude on the phone telling me that their company does large orders and he was too busy to reply to my email with what he told me over the phone. Also talking down to me as I was a child. I wouldn’t recommend working with roger or his company unless you can place orders to his liking.

Very POOR customer service! everyone there acts like its a bother to help you! I dropped my item off and was told it was no problem to pick it up 5 days later. When I arrive to pick up my item not only was it not ready but when I asked if it would be ready later in the day I was snickered at and told that they weren’t sure! No apology, no excuse, just acted like it was a bother to provide the service that they offer! This will be my last trip there!

I chose this place via Unilocal,when my is and tasked me with making his idea come to life! I told the owner the idea and what we were trying to accomplish and he seemed confident, however I was a little skeptical because I hadn’t seen s proof or a mock up, given that we were in a rush! Well the product was awesome! Made me happy and my very particular husband happy! Nice work! Only reason not a full 5 stars was I asked for same day and it was completed the following day! Granted they knew I needed it for Halloween and it was done in time and apparently the first attempt was not up to par so they re did it! I guess I shouldn’t fault them for that!

what a nightmare! we order shirts for our company breast cancer walk. and they mess them up! the lady asked some guy in the back if that was how we ordered them which I already told her it wasn’t what we ordered but she didn’t believe me! as if that wasn’t already a slap in the face, we needed the shirts the next day and they didn’t get started making the new shirts until 4:00 in the afternoon that Friday! they made us pick them up at 6:00PM! on a Friday because of a mistake they made! they gave us attitude the whole time and didn’t even bother giving us a discount for the extreme inconvenience they put us through! horrible service that looks like we could have made ourselves with iron on paper. Never again will we use or recommend this pace business.

The gentlemen (sorry dont know your name? Robert I think?) was great with digitizing my design and whoever did actual work did good job as well.
More than helpful and friendly and looking forward to doing more work together!
