They are by far the worst!!! Was supposed to show up at my house. Called in the AM, and they asked me if someone called me yesterday. I told them no. Had to take a day off of work(with no pay). This was 10AM. It is now 1:30PM and still waiting for a call back. Worse customer service. Stay away from this place. Then she tells me the rating were changed from the BBB. They aren’t even accredited. All they tell are lies. Their rating is a C-. Loads of unhappy customers.

Very good experience with new crew. Had them handle a rental I own — after past tenant pretty much wrecked the place. Got the AC system back on track. New tenants love it.

the worse experience I ever had. paid them $ 98 for a tech to come over and got absolutely nothing for it. no parts no phone call back with explanation nothing.

I had a similar problem with them in January 2012 — they charged me $ 79 for a service call and then said they would order the part for my microwave. I called them numerous times to check on the status of the part over a four(4) month period. They kept telling me the part was on backorder from the manufacturer. I just called the manufacturer and they have the part and have had over 200 of them for months. I would NOT recommend them for service.

Whatever you do, don’t let this company install or service your unit. I have a costly Trane A/C unit which unfortunately they installed(not my choice of installer, but the contractor’s). After only a few months of use it broke down and when contacted they admitted they had wired it wrong and installed the wrong control panels. They came over and fixed it at no cost as they knew they were at fault. The A/C has kept malfunctioning ever since and when called again a they state are unable to send anyone any time soon. We would be several days with no A/C at over 80 degrees. We said we would call someone else and one Ivan Abolafia responded rudely insulting me and stating that if we do, they would not be responsible for the A/C anymore, would never respond to our service calls and would call the manufacturer to have our warranty voided by telling them that I tampered with the unit and broke it on purpose(??). I stated that given his un-proffessionalism and lacking service(no emergency fleet in Florida, hello??) I would be forced to leave negative feedback online about his company. He then threatened me saying he will leave negative feedback about me(??), and will call immigration on me(hello, I’m American??) and have me deported to Russia(I don’t even know anyone from there, lol). So if you don’t want to have mentally challenged individuals handling your stuff, don’t call them. I called Air America and they sent someone to fix the A/C within 20 minutes. Much better…

From reading other reviews about this company it seems my experience is not unusual. Called 12÷17÷10 for a refrigerator water dispenser leak. Sent someone out that evening. Pd. $ 79 service call charge. Told me they would order part to repair; cost would be around $ 20 and would take 7 to 10 days to get. After 10 days of not hearing from them, called and was told part was ordered(cost over $ 200). Could not give me any additional info about when to expect the part and repair completion. More time went by, still no info. Called again January 3rd. Still no info on when they would be back to make repair. They finally contacted me on January 18th(one month after the initial service call) to schedule the repair. I told them I had already found someone to repair it. That person came, diagnosed the problem and repaired it on the spot with a part he keeps in inventory on his truck. And the service call charge went toward the repair. This company is extremely unprofessional. They give you a low ball repair cost, make you wait for the part and don’t keep you informed of the status of your issue. I believe that all they are interested in is collecting the initial $ 79 service call charge.
