Flannigans

We love this Flannies! The wait is usually short. Staff is friendly, food and drinks always good. There’s a lot of good spots to eat in the area but we always come here.

I love Flannigans wings they are super good. My son and I sat at the bar our bartender Eric was friendly and very attentive. He was very informative and knew the menu well. The second bartender Imani well that’s a different subject. We spoke to her and she literally looked at us, turned her head and walked away. Can we say RUDE!

Food is great. Waitresses could use an extra team member. Ours was on the run every second and while she was polite about delays and errors the kitchen can’t be. that bad.
My main complaint is the birds. Think of the Hitchcock film. If it freaks you out you must avoid the deck. The burds sit in the bushes watching you every move. There is a sign saying not to feed them but tell that to the little kids and their french fries. Every time a table left the birds would flock in like unsanitary vultures.
PLEASE install netting to keep them out.

Came in craving tuna but no tuna available… :-(pretends to be a fish restaurant with all kinds of trophy fish on the wall.
This is miami! Everyone has tuna! But not here… thumbs down… Close shop…
Not busy at all yet took over an hour to get some food…

ZERO STARS WOULD BE A MUCH BETTER OPTION! Everyone in this place except for the hostesses are miserable and must hate their job because normal people do not wake up treating strangers like garbage! I had the worst waitress ever who repeatedly kept on asking what I ordered and when I asked for a captain and coke she them reiterated it back to me. Simple. She comes back without the lime I asked for, but it did have a green leaf inside of the glass! When I explained it to her she then said it must be from the dirty cups! Eewwww!!! Once she came back with my new drink it didn’t even taste like captain it tasted like an off brand brown rum that I would never consume and I thought I was being polite by getting up and asking the bartender myself for a new one. Then I get SCREAMED AT by the truck driver vampiress of a bartender stating that she knows it’s captain because she poured it. Well how do I know? Maybe I wanted to watch you pour it!!! And my friends then told me that was wrong when I came back to the table crying! All I wanted was a drink! I told the manager and his response was that it must have been a dirty cup?!? Like this is a common excuse of theirs!!! Gross!!! Then my friend decides to tell the waitress what’s going on for some reason– and when the manager comes over with my drink he then says «I heard you told someone I said the cups were dirty» he didn’t even put my drink down until I decided to lie and state that I didn’t say that– just to avoid confrontation. I went out with friends to celebrate an engagement and get BULLIED, TAUNTED. AND BEAT DOWN by their staff and no one did anything to help! I will never go here again and will not recommend this place to anyone!!! Everyone here is mean and ignorant!!! You have been warned!

Tried going to this place 2 times but was always packed and a long wait. So I decided to try it and wait the next time. None of the food is homemade you can tell everything is bought warmed and served. The garlic rolls that we ordered were not hot at all. Just chewy bread drenched in butter. Their salad dressing on the caesar salad was horrible. My med steak came out med rare so the meat was cool and not warm or hot. The waiter was yawning while he took our order then was checking his cell phone. Would never come back here again and recommend you save your money.

Came here for the first time after coworker told me I had to try this place. I ordered the chicken tenders which were yummy, and the tumbleweeds which were like onion strings, they were delicious. Had a salad as well which the dressing tasted watered down. But other then that food was mediocre nothing special. Waitresses were nice but stayed busy the whole time.

So I saw a friend post nachos from Flannigan’s on their Facebook page last week and it put me in the mood. On Mondays, you can get a free order of nachos with the purchase of a pitcher (beer, soda, lemonade). The boyfriend and I decided to try it out. I’m not much of a beer drinker but we ordered Blue Moon and our nachos with chili on the side (I don’t eat red meat). I inquired about getting chicken but they’re strict with no substitutions. I asked if I could just order a chicken breast and the waitress said she would have to charge me for a chicken sandwich with no bun and no sides but I’d still be paying about 7.99 for a breast of chicken. Do I have STUPID written on my forehead?!? I opted to just have plain nachos while the bf ate the chili (which he said was average). Btw, plenty of restaurants have accommodated me with plain chicken breast (when I ate clean) for a few dollars.
I also ordered a side of pasta salad ($ 2.49). I usually order this as my meal and it’s delicious but this time it left very little to be desired. About a measely quarter cup of overly cooked and soggy noodles with one red onion. I could make a whole pound of pasta for that price!
The bill was about $ 18. Honestly, I’d rather go to Ale House next door and get chicken nachos of the same portion and better quality ($ 9.99).

I had a horrible and embarrassing experience in this place. I went for a drink with a friend from work and sat at the back bar outside. During our first drink an obviously over served intoxicated woman approached us. I could tell she was clearly drunk so I had her sit on the bar stool next to me and ordered her a glass of water. The woman proceeded to grab my glass and drink from it without my permission. No sooner had she put it down and the manager comes over and outright accuses me of over serving this drunken mess of a woman for whom I ordered water in an attempt to help. He was persistent in his accusation without even asking what was going on. I lost my mind! I couldnt believe that this guy would come over and make a blanket accusation in an attempt to project his and his bar tender’s short comings onto me. This guy completely embarrassed and insulted me in public. He then tried to tell me that if anything happened to this he would hold me responsible. At this point I became loud and he proceeded to get his security goon to ask me to leave the bar. I encourage all of you to pass on any and all Flannigans. Their approach in this situation was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. I intend on making a call to their headquarters and speak to whom ever is in charge of customer relations. This guy needs to be addressed.
P. S. I tried to get them to call me, instead what I got was an email asking me not to return. Unbelievable! What a wacked out world we live in.
