I was very surprised by the lack of customer service from this doctor. I called to simply ask a couple of questions, he became confused and hung up on me. When I called back, I’m pretty sure a member of his staff was instructed to give me the ol’ «Oh the doctor’s out of the office…» Terrible.

I began seeing Dr. Wassermann after a car accident. He is an excellent chiropractor! The office is easy to find, the staff are so friendly and warm, and all of them are genuine and kind. Dr. Wassermann clearly explained everything related to treatment and answered my questions. Every time I go in, he checks in with me and my recovery, which I appreciate. He and his staff are easy to talk to and work with and I look forward to each appointment!

The doctor and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and patient. I had a particular case that crossed to areas outside of chiropractic, and the doctor consulted with others to solve it. The office is very well equipped, and they spend a lot of time with you on every visit. Highly recommended.

Love the staff, office is always clean, works with insurances, massage therapist is amazing and Dr. Wassermann has amazing bed size manner. He listens to what is hurting you and fixes it.

My husband was going here already due to back problems and recommended hat I go. I finally gave in and I must say they are awesome.
First: I am usually always early and they always take me within 5 minutes of my arrival. They are very courteous as to your time and only ask that you do the same. Don’t be late.
The entire staff is very professional and courteous. Always smiling. Dr. Wasserman is very straight forward and a true professional as well. If you are looking for a chiropractor I def recommend this one!

I was recommended to Dr. Wassermann by a new friend and scheduled my appointment with his fabulous office manager Fabiana. She gave me all of the information I needed to feel confident about scheduling my first appointment of this nature, because, you see, this was my first visit to a Chiropractic Physician, and consequently this Unilocaler was both nervous and super inquisitive.
Fortunately, Dr. Wassermann was not only patient and thorough, but really took the time to listen to my concerns and address them. My medical background was reviewed (healthy as can be and thankful), and then I was treated to an intense therapeutic massage. Electroshock therapy was sampled, but I’m going to leave that one alone… you must try it for yourself and decide what you think! Our X-​ray session was next, and I was happy to hear and see that I was a-​okay. I would definitely return, so be sure to consider this practice if you’re looking for a great experience.
