We came here for dinner with a pretty large group. the service was not what I expected. the waitress came every 20 – 25 minutes. she told me they ran out of what I ordered. she had an extremely rude attitude. she was not helpful. I did not like my experience here and I probably wouldn’t come again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came here last night. No parking. Tried to ask a waiter what to do and he said I’m not talking to you. Don’t come here.

I’ve been here about 3 – 4 times already and I usually only come back because my friend can only eat kosher. Luckily I’ve fallen in love with the Shakshouka I have to say it’s the one thing I’ve tried that I can’t get enough of! So delicious! Now the part that I completely hate and sometimes makes me want to walk out mid meal is the service! Omg! Talk about slow spotty service. So the first time we came out lunch was almost 3 hours long because getting drinks took 20 – 30 mins placing order took 30 – 40 mins food to arrive took about 40 more minutes after we places the order having waitress come back to place an order for coffee too 40 more minutes following the arrival of the food getting the espressos took 20 minutes after we ordered it and finally the check took 30 minutes after the coffee order and only because we decided to walk in and grab the check ourselves. Now when I went yesterday the service was slightly quicker but, the waitress was new and didn’t speak English so ordering time for 4 people via charades and pointing at the menu took about 30 minutes! And half of what we ordered they didn’t even have so we had to make changes to our order frequently before the full order was established! Now I understand that it’s not the waitresses fault it’s really the owner for putting her to work without proper training of the menu, cause she should’ve at least have been able to recognize hearing menu items! Also we had planned to get desert and pointed at the yummy looking molten cake only to be told they also didn’t have that! Don’t advertise something if you aren’t going to carry it!!! Oh I almost forgot the most bizarre part, the bathroom had no soap, when we complained they sent someone out to buy soap at the nearest market! Like really? I wonder if the employees were even washing their hands at all that day! Aside from my hatred of the service I gave it 2 stars because the food is good! Once you get past the service and the waiting when the food arrives you will be satisfied but maybe take a Xanax before coming so you can have a tolerable experience.

Shouldn’t even get 1 star. Used the catering service 3 times. First 2 times were incredible(different chef) the third time(this past time) was horrible. They showed up an hour late, guests had already started to arrive. My guests were actually helping the caterers to bring the food in. Nothing was set up as discussed — there was no presentation. It was all thrown on the tables. The worst part of it was that the food was not wrapped with a sticker, the way kosher food should be wrapped. Now owner will not return my calls. Nevertheless, that will be the last time doing catering with Mozart Hollywood.

Understaffed. Hot. Intense. Gave me a head ache while just waiting for my water. I’m not sure what the owner is thinking working these employees to the point of burn out. It is an absolute struggle to get your food. Avoid this place. Eat at home. Find a different place to eat.

The food is made fresh while you wait, high quality and very generous portions. Service is excellent and very personal, priced well for a upscale dairy restaurant.

Mozart is one of the kosher places that is trying to do many different cuisines at once. Lucky for us, we were starving, so we ended up trying lots of different things. The pesto gnocchi was really a standout — rich and the perfect texture($ 16.95). I also enjoyed their Open Toast, which had eggplant, mozz, pesto, and avocado($ 13.95). Really, it’s an overkill on delicious foods. Also memorable were the bourekas(puffed pastry with egg)($ 10.95). I am embarrassed to say we tried other non-sushi items, which were also delicious but not worth the same call-out. As others have mentioned, the service is really poor; it was difficult to flag someone to place an order and get our check. Also, the air conditioning was definitely funky, because some areas were frigid while others were steamy. Two things I didn’t like regarding the bill: 1) They are the only restaurant I’ve seen — ever — that added a 18% tip to the bill before taking our cards. The line item was clearly on the receipt. For a party of two, that seemed very fishy. 2) My colleague’s card was charged $ 7 more than his version of the receipt showed. He called and got the refund, but it also seemed sneaky.(My card was charged the amount I expected, however.) Check your statements!

Do you have less than two hours for lunch, or a large party? DONOTEATHERE!!! I came here with a party of 7. Point 1– we waited for 20 minutes and our server(who claimed to be the manager) did not come once to ask us to order drinks/food. After my brother got her so we could order, he asked her what kind of beers were available. Point 2– the manager did not tell us they don’t serve beer/wine. The woman said they only had black beer, so my brother and his friend agreed to it. It was only after the two of them took a sip that they realized it was a nonalcoholic beer and when they told the waitress they didn’t want that, she made a face and snatched the bottles off the table. Point 3– I told our server I had an appointment soon and needed my food in a to-go box asap. She said I would have my sandwich in 10 minutes. Everyone else got and ate their order at our table(pizza, fish, and my brother who ordered the same food as me) and I still didn’t get my sandwich. After all of this, I went to ask for the manager to complain only to find our server was one of the managers! When I listed my grievances the manager said 1– WE should have told HER we were new to Mozart. 2– «Everyone knows black beer is nonalcoholic.» 3– To go orders are always prepared last. The chefs in the kitchen don’t know a To-go order is rushed unless SOMEONE tells them. 4– NONE of the errors are their fault, which is why they will still tack on 20% gratuity. I understand that we don’t live in NYC but there are more than enough good cafes in south Florida to skip the good food here and go to a place with amazing service and food! AVOIDMOZART unless you are going with one other friend/alone and have PLENTY of time!

Went there for the first today. After 20 minutes of not being waited on I finally had to get up and asked for a server to come to our table. We were a group of 7. My sister and my cousin ordered the same thing. My sister had to run to a. meeting however and asked that her order go because she has to leave. They brought all of our order out together except hers. When she asked where her order was, they said it would be out in 2 minutes. She finally asked to see the manager after the entire table almost done eating and her food still hadn’t come. They did not.own.up to. anything, and said it wasn’t their fault. No one. said even check up on us through out our meal to see. if we. needed anything else. At. the very end we were waiting and no one came to.collect.our bill, we had to finally take the bill to them so they can charge our card and we can sign our receipt. it all off. they added 20% gratuity for them selves and their AWFULSERVICE. Good food EXTREMELYSHITTYANDSERVICE. The 2 stars is only.for.the.food.

The service is HORRIBLE. We were seated and had to ask for our server to take our order because it was about 15 mins before they came over. Our server never brought out the rush food order that she said would take 10 mins tops. After a complaint and another 30 mins the order was finally ready. They never asked if it was our first time there so naturally we thought the beer was an alcoholic beer, but it wasnt. The server was quite argumentive when we confronted them about the issues and said it wasn’t their fault. They also add a service charge to every bill which is bull bc they have the WORST service ever. The food is great, but I can go somewhere else for food with MUCH better service. I’m disappointed bc this used to be one of my favorite spots. Order food to go and you won’t be disappointed.

First of all I ordered an individual pie and it was not freshly made, it was rebaked. Second of all I ordered a plain bagel and they charged me $ 1.75 plus $ 2.75 so I went to the waitress and asked why is a bagel so expensive in the first place and what’s the additional charge and she just Gave me attitude. Will not go there again.

Horrible service. We waited 20 minutes while servers walked by, talked on their phones and to each other but ignored us. My office is very close and I eat out often. I haven’t encountered such poor service in a long time. We left so I didn’t end up eating, but I was here a long time ago and the food was alright. But«alright» food coupled with horrible service isn’t worth the trip. Stay away if possible. This is the only negative review I have ever posted so far on Unilocal

*******Absolutely horrible service!******** 1 star bc i HAVE to put a rating. Went for breakfast around 10am and our server did not care at all that we were there. She was on her phone the whole time. Had to get up to get her several times for refills on coffee and water. She acted like we were interrupting an important facebook post! she was extremely inattentive to her table. When we went to pay we saw that the tip was already included… 18%!!! I honestly don’t think she deserved or earned that much! She barely earned 10%, but I tip 15% regardless of service bc people gotta live. I wrote her a note on the slip that said to get off her phone and pay attention. I usually tip up to 25% for good service… she missed out! I do not recommend this restaurant based on service! The bathroom doors don’t lock, the menus are filthy, the high chairs are disgusting because they don’t wipe them ATALL! The food was ok. Salad for breakfast is not for me, but it was a good compliment to the smoked salmon bagel. It may be kosher, but there is no caring… so I say don’t go.

The hummus here is delicious! I always love to come here for ethnic israeli food, they have great salads, the mushroom salad is delicious and the feta cheese they use is so yummy! Definitely a recommendation in my book if you want good Israeli dairy breakfast or lunch. Another great item from here is there avacado toast and the Jerusalem toast is also awesome!

First off I want you to know I’m jewish and I really wanted to like this place. They add 15% gratuity because the service is horrid. The food is fair to a cut above a cafeteria… Ordered the«florentine» breakfast and is was a package of creamed spinach with a few eggs… Blah. My fiancé makes much better shakshuka… Worlds better so don’t get your hopes up on that one either… If you have no other choice eat here it’s better than fast food but not by much…

Nice kosher restaurant. We came here for breakfast and ordered fresh orange juice and their spicy shakshuka(poached eggs in a tomato sauce with eggplant). It was my first time trying it and it was pretty good. Big portions and decent pricing. Other than Mediterranean and Israeli food, they also have sushi oddly enough. The only downside to this place is the small parking lot. It’s open late and gets pretty crowded at night so I suggest to come here during the daytime. They also have outdoor seating too.
