Every time I come here they have no food. You end up waiting 25 – 30 minutes for the food to be ready, and even then you have to wait because everyone else in the restaurant has been waiting for their food also so by the time you get your food they have pretty much run out and then the process repeats itself. On the plus side once you get your food it is fresh.

I have been very disappointed ! Drive thru is terrable ! The wait can take over 20 minutes, and that’s all the time ! To me there is a lack of service to drive thru customers. Not acceptable ! I really love the chow mein, but… They pack it full of onions that there’s hardly any noodles. They barley put any chicken in the meal. Guess their saving on money? Shame ! I really don’t care to come here anymore. That’s a shame, cause it’s nice to have something different, but I prefer not to pay 10 $ a meal and get only onions and tad bit of chicken in my meal. Thumbs down for Panda Express ! Really need to improve if you want to keep customers coming.

Worst drive thru ever! Waited over 20 mins and had no idea what’s going on! As much as I love the food I don’t think I’m going to return there just because of the delayed service! Definitely not worth being late to work.

I used to love this place but after today’s experience I won’t be coming back anytime soon. The employees are nice and the food seems fresh but as we were eating we saw 3 or more roaches walking down a wall and on the ground in the eating area. We told one of the employees and his answer was«it’s not from us, sometimes people bring them from the outside». My thoughts were«if there are 3 that we saw in the eating area I can’t even imagine how it can be around food». It was a total disappointment I hope they fix this issue. Service as usual was slow.

Horrible slow service due to drive thru they ignore you inside but only Chinese I will eat. Love the food suffer the service. Drive thru is convenient but they need to be faster so I end up going inside instead.

The food would get as much as 5 stars from me but I had to deduct for the lousy service on my last few visits. Two weeks ago, after waiting for way too long at the drive thru, I finally got my order, picked up my husband and drove home so we could eat. They gave us the wrong order!!! We don’t eat beef and both orders had beef. Ugh! Tonight we decided to try again. Waited at the drive thru to order for more than 10 minute so! People behind us were honking horns! Nobody from the restaurant came on the speaker. We gave up and drove away. Owners need to take note that this very good and very successful business is going to be suffering unless something is done with service.

Waited in drive thru for 20 min to get my order. When I received my order I barely received any noodles(chow mein) and the Sierra mist had no flavor. It was just carbonated water.

The three stars are for the new promotional Chinese Spare Ribs: not 98% fat like most of their other attempts at pork, and very tangy flavor – actually more flavor than most of the items marked ‘spicy’(the ribs are not). The ribs were also not marked with the star sticker symbolizing ‘extra charge item’ but there is a $ 1.25 surcharge to the meal price for them. Which is why I don’t come here often: it is inexplicable to me how there are such long lines both inside and at the drive-thru for cafeteria quality food at a price structure riddled with surcharges. Yeah I know you get three meats and a side from Panda for roughly the same price as a dinner special at a standard Chinese take-out, but the freshness factor is what I lean to. All the fried items that the servers at Panda are trained to sell you as an add-on are inedible; what else could you expect from egg rolls, spring rolls, rangoons and fried shrimp that are sitting on a cafeteria line rather than cooked to order.

I used the drive through and didn’t notice part of my order was missing entirely. So no dinner for my bf even though I paid for it… meanwhile, I spent the late night tending to/cleaning up after my child who got sick from the orange chicken and noodles. Also, the chicken egg rolls were inedible.

Always come here 2 time per month and I really love it. They all nice just need to train the new people to serve you the amount that it should be in plate.

This place looks appealing from the outside but the inside is more like an Asian style cafeteria with below average tasting food. The décor-kinda trendy. The food-kinda sucks. The service-nothing special. Really, I was expecting some good food here. but I was wrong! **Note: If you are dating someone who’s a waste of your time and money and you know that the relationship is pretty much over then this is the place to take them. So, check it… I got the Orange Chicken, Sweet And Sour Pork, Chow Mein and the Veggie Spring Roll-they all were bland tasting and needed some REAL Asian seasoning. But you know what… I did give it a try but Panda Express let me down really bad!!!

I tried this place for lunch and it wasn’t good. I chose the orange chicken and the beijing beef with brown fried rice. I was hesitant to go to this place but a couple of other coworkers wanted to try it so I relented. Not again, my friends! About the only thing decent I can say about this place is that the portion size isn’t terrible for the price; however, the quality and taste of the food is not up to par. Why did it take so long to order when there were only a few people ahead of me? Why are they so slow? The fried rice tasted bland and the chicken and beef were nowhere close to tasteful. We decided to sit outside which was kind of nice. Why don’t they put a trash can outside if they have outdoor seating? This is «Chinese» food used very loosely and this place needs a serious lesson in spicing up their menu items. What a disaster.

Holy hell the drive thru is ridiculously slow. Even when it doesn’t seem like many cars in the line it is still somehow a 15 minute minimum ordeal. I think the food is okay, kind of like what you’d get in the food court at the mall. I like coming here instead of a traditional Chinese restaurant when I would rather have a drive thru experience rather than a pickup or delivery. I generally find the food at a real Chinese restaurant to be better tasting and a better value. I do enjoy the honey walnut shrimp which they up charge you for. The dumplings are not worth it. I just can’t understand why the drive thru is so slow. When you go inside and they chuck the stuff in the container in front of you it’s so quick. As I’m writing this sitting in the drive thru line nearing 20 minutes I’m trying to remember why I come here…

I got the brown rice and orange chicken with a drink and it came to under $ 10. For the same amount you could go to an actual Chinese food restaurant. When eating at Panda Express you get the feeling that you are in a fast food restaurant. Despite it being already prepared, having a drive thru, and self-service beverages. The taste of the food and the preparation, appears to be something better than fast food. Regardless, it’s not worth the money. The staff are friendly and the facility is always clean, as well as the bathroom. Not bad of a place for when you want something quick, my whole wait at the window in the drive thru was less than 2 minutes from the minute of ordering to receiving my food.

I like the beijing beef. However, the food was not hot the vegetables were near raw instead of steamed and the the meat in the grilled teriyaki tasted funny. Service was quick and friendly. For a 2 entrée plate of mixed vegetable and the two meats it was $ 6.39 and then a fountain soda for $ 1.79 with total including tax of $ 8.68. Great tip — at the bottom of the receipt if you call and tell them about your food, you get a 2nd entrée free!

I like this place, especially since it’s outside of the food court. Sometimes the food looks like it’s been under the lamps for a bit. If you ask, they will make more fresh. It will just be a bit of a wait. It’s still fast food though.
