Paradise Bounce and Party Rentals

I have rented with a few Bounce House companies in the past. This time around I found the company I’m sticking with. They spent the time with me on the phone helping my Husband and I make a decision. They delivered as promised and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The Giant waterslide we rented was clean and the kids had a blast. So did the adults… shh. Thank you Paradise Bounce & Party Rentals!

I found Paradise bounce from the Broward Parks approved list of vendors, and they were the first company to email me back. Nadine was VERY courteous and we were able to arrange everything via email. She gave me a cell phone number so I could get in touch with them the day of the party. We had them booked from 12 – 4, and they were to be there to set up at 11:30
A few things went wrong the day of…
The 2 guys who showed up were also very nice, but they were almost half an hour late. Add that to the generator refusing to start and we ended up not being able to let the kids jump until a bit after 1.
The generator turned off a total of 3 times. The first two times it needed gas and it took about 10 minutes to get it running again. The third time the guys couldn’t figure out what went wrong for about 30 minutes… they kept going back and forth from the truck to the bounce house and finally added oil and got it up again.
Despite all this they were quick to pack it all up at 4pm. We should have had an extra hour and a half or some sort of compensation, but none was offered. I thought this was slightly unprofessional and would probably not book again for this reason.
On a side note, we also had the cotton candy machine and snow cone machine. When the guys asked how it was, I told them that the cotton candy was flying into the air instead of sticking to the sides. I was thinking that there was a piece missing or it was malfunctioning but he just said «that’s how they work». I have rented cotton candy machines on numerous occasions before and never had that issue!
The truck they use is so big we were surprised they didn’t have back up generators.
