I used this Public Storage facility and the customer service was excellent. Sarah was very knowledgeable and she was so helpful and answered all of my questions. This was a great experience after I visited another location in the area and the representative there did not seem too interested in my business. This facility was very clean and accessible. I also purchased storage materials though I felt that I did not really need them, but I am so glad I did. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone I know looking for storage solutions especially because the customer service was great.

Sara, the property manager here, did a fantastic job with my elderly father. I recently visited the facility with him, and Sara recognized him and greeted him by name despite not seeing him for over two years. when we then needed some help to organize disposing of his things, she was efficient, quick to make sure she refunded him balance due, and incredibly friendly. She also called to let us know everything was resolved. I didn’t expect world-​class customer service from a storage facility, but that’s what we got!
