We have been to so many different gyms and none have had the family environment that ringfit has. The couches are great and very helpful. The workouts will definitely keep you coming back for more. It doesn’t matter in what level of fitness you are they will customize the workout for you and very soon you will start noticing improvement. If you are looking for a gym to call home this is definitely the place for you.

I have attended RingFit since May 2013, and have gained nothing but positive results, and bigger family. All the coaches are very experienced, motivating, and are always willing to give constructive feedback. Unlike other gyms, they take the time to get to know each person on an individual, personal level, and really show concern when you don’t show up. The FOD (fight of the day) incorporates several different exercises, and always includes a kick boxing routine, always keeping it interesting. The workouts are challenging, motivating, rewarding, and no two days are the same with new FOD everyday. It’s safe to say that I have finally found a place I LOVE to work out at.

I have been going to Ring Fit since May. It had been a long time since I was in a gym so I was very hesitant. All of the instructors made me feel comfortable and know just how much to push me so I get a great work out each time I go. You will never have the same workout twice. There is no fancy gym equipment or gimmicky exercises here — just basic, no nonsense workouts that yield great results.
