I came in to buy a financial calculator. After wondering around the aisles a bit I came to the front to ask where they were. Stood for about 10 minutes at the desk. Not once did anyone make eye contact with me or ask me if I needed any help. After finally finding the calculator section (which was in the farthest corner in the store) they didn’t have any financial calculators. Not having the calculator I needed doesn’t contribute to the 1 star rating, the fact that the staff is useless and unhelpful is fully deserving of the lowest possible rating.

This staples location is not cool. I came in for their easy tech data recovery services and they initially charge you $ 69 fee for data recovery, if they are not able to recover your data in house they will refund your money and recommend outsourcing the data recovery service of your device to another company for a more expensive data recovery service which cost $ 1000 lol. Basically if staples cannot do the work they send your device to another company and they become the middle man charging you an arm and a leg.
Staples was not able to recover my data and suggested sending it to a lab for $ 1000, I asked to cancel the job and decided to pick up my device but upon picking up my device they misplaced it and did not know where they left it, they are unorganized at this location. After waiting for a few they finally found my device.

Staff was friendly and accommodating in person.
Came here just for a large number of prints, the job was completed quickly and the prints looked great.
Professional print jobs done here, cannot comment on their stock of supplies, looked as if they had all office essentials and more.
Clean, organized store located in a busy shopping center.

They state their hours online to open at 8 AM but they do not they open at 9 AM. Very inconvenient

NEVER SHOP HERE.
Nice enough looking store and inventory but beware if you ever want to return anything. Nobody helpful and return policy is bogus. Received something as a gift and would not allow exchange or store credit without receipt. Kind of hard to do when something is a gift. So don’t lose your receipts. People were very short and rude about it. I never review on here but this was such a bad experience I signed up just to get this out there
