Starbucks

Terrible service! Waited at counter for a few minutes before they decided to take my order, then Waited for a drink for like another ten minutes. Normally this wouldn’t bother me if they were busy but it wasn’t busy at all! The girls behind the counter were just talking to each other, then the one making drinks, was in la la land. She was staring off into space and kept forgetting what she was in the middle of. I watched her make three other drinks for drive thru and poor them out cause they were wrong. Then when I finally got my coffee, it was only half full. Love Starbucks, do not recommend this location. There are some good reviews for this location so I’m guessing there is a management issue with employees, causing my bad experience.

Come here all the time and the employees are always so great, but today was my birthday and after ordering the cashier said «it’s on us! It’s your birthday!» And they even wrote happy birthday on my drink. I love coming here and the coffee and food is always so good and fresh.

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The pastries are very stale and not flaky at all. They don’t heat them up long enough for you to not notice it’s a packaged pastry. Third time it happens. Won’t be coming back for breakfast.

It’s always unclean and has baristas that look like they are burnt out-​no one smiles there. Can’t believe this place is even allowed to have the Starbucks logo on their store.

The best starbuck with the best service and the best outside seat to enjoy your internet and coffee. High recommended

I love this Starbucks! My favorite location ! The baristas here are super friendly and they know how to make an awesome cup of coffee!!! In the morning times gets busy but your in and out in no time! If your in the area stop by! You won’t regret it!

Isn’t it great when you go to a place daily and they know exactly what you want! This starbucks is it! Tina, Marlen, Scott are always so welcoming and always remember what your favorites are. I go to many starbucks and often, yet they never remember me or my favorites. This location is clearly all about personable and excellent service. By far the best coffee ever by Barista Scott always made special!

Great customer service and consistent with their product and quality. They know the «regulars» by name or face. Sharp staff

Hazelnut macchiato — currently my biggest obsession here.
Cons —
Sometimes gets crazy packed with middle school and high school students (just gets loud and hectic). When busy, they can get very very backed up.

I have no idea what the others are talking about. I usually stop in on Tuesday evening with my daughter for her weekly treat. The staff here is among the friendliest of all the Starbucks locations in southwest Broward. We are always greeted warmly, served promptly and efficiently.

It’s disappointing that this Starbucks location is hurting the organization. They are unorganized and don’t understand the importance of quick service. The lines typically at 8:30 am are out the door, as expected, however, with this happening the most logical way to address this would be to have 2 people making coffee and 1 person taking orders! Well at this Starbucks, the have 1 person killing themselves behind the espresso machine, 1 person taking orders, 1 person writing on cups, and 1 person who I think is the manager, opening boxes and walking around the store cleaning up. That doesn’t make sense! I have had to leave twice this week because they don’t handle large crowds properly.
On top of this on the days I do decide to wait, I order a grande caramel machiatto and for some reason they don’t fill it up to the top. Only 50% of my cup of coffee and the other 50% is foam and light caramel drizzle. Now I’m not sure if they are actually making this properly., but there is no other Starbucks I’ve been to that makes my drink this way. I’ve been a Gold member for about 2 years, so I drink a lot of coffee and my experience here has just really put a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak.
I really hope they review this and make some changes.

I was craving a Berry Refresher and managed to get the last one that they had ingredients for. I was very surprised that they could just run out of something like that, but all’s well that ends well. The staff seemed to know the people in front of me and took extra time to chat with them — good for their experience, not so much for mine.

Bought two grande peppermint mochas nonfat and a loaf of lemon cake for $ 12.57. While it was good, I did have to wait in line for about 5 minutes and the coffee was not very hot.

Kind of a weird location and the staff weren’t overly friendly. All starbucks are basically the same so the only thing that really sets them apart is the service.

Small place, but friendly service. They always have nice background music playing. Comfortable sitting area.
