Toi Spa

Despite being very clean and nice looking I am very upset about my experience. This is the first time I went to this nail place and I asked the front attendant if they did designs she tells me of course. Ok then why after asking my nail technician four times for a design sample and that I wanted a design I was completely ignored. She ended up doing what I can do at home! I only went because I’m not that good at doing my own designs.

70 $ for a full set is wayy too much, my nails look amazing but they find little things to charge you extra for which is not mentioned before the service. Way too over priced.

Been coming here the past few months and I have to say I am so happy I tried them because I had given up on finding a place since all the places I tried didnt do a good job. Angie is amazing and I will be coming to her all time! Try them out you wont be disappointed. Btw its a BEAUTIFUL SPA

Made an appointment to get fills that was very much needed. Walked in and was received by a tech named Angie. She knew exactly what I needed and how I wanted my nails done was very pleasant to talk to and friendly. I originally wanted some designs but being that it was last minute I didn’t completely think it through so I decided to just get regular French and a different shape to my nail. The atmosphere was quiet. The nail technicians are very much into doing their job you can tell. There was no down time as far as I can see or wasted phone time when they had no clients they are actively picking nail polishes and getting ready for new designs coming out. This was my first time here. And can say that I left with no regrets or being upset because I was happy with my nails. And I can honestly say that decision I made to come to this nail salon was through Unilocal reviews and the area that is located in. It’s right off of University Drive which is convenient for most drivers.

I love coming to Toi spa! It’s modern and clean. Robin is great at pedicures and leg massages. I’m always surprised by how busy they are, no matter what time of day. I was told they are opening up another location in plantation. I’m looking forward to check the new spot out as well!

Went in today and had a refill and pedi done. Angie did my refill and she was amazing. Very sweet and treated me like an old friend. The shape was perfect and color was great. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the end product. The girl who did my pedi was also very nice and dos a great job. Just make an appointment as they are very busy! Great place!

This place is very modern and chic. My pedicure was very relaxing, I love how they put hot towels on your legs not a lot of places do that. I love the service and the girls actually speak English very well. I will definitely be coming back soon.

Prices are a couple dollars more than your typical spa but it’s worth it!

Ive never been so relaxed in my life. This salon is the best of the best. TJ is by far the best nail technician. It might be a little pricey for most people but the experience and the attention is worth it all. They are here to serve you and they know how to do it professionally.

This salon is great. They take you as soon as you are scheduled for your apt snd don’t make you wait, which is very important to me. They have a great selection of colors. Everything is super clean. I go to Salinda. She’s great.

Originally I was not going to write a review for Toi Spa, but now it is necessary. I was initially stunned by the atmosphere at Toi. Beautifully designed, primarily white with orchid flower accents. The greeting staff was so friendly and the complimentary Kreuig coffee was certainly a plus.
I booked my first appointment easily through their website and paid a partial deposit for my services. I chose Michelle due to my lack of knowledge of the staff and my late booking only left me with a few options.
Michelle is a superstar with my pedicure every micrometer of my cuticle was clipped to a tee. Toi Spa obviously prides itself on its cleanliness. No foot scrubs or nail files are reused and all utensils are sterilized after each customer. Additionally, each pedi tub has a lining that is changed after each service.
On to my acrylic full set. I found Toi Spa after a bad experience with Tipsy Salon in downtown FTL. I always get coffin nails and show a picture of how they should be shaped. Instead of cutting the false tips to shaped each tip was filed. From experience, filing tips leads to human error and many different length and shapes-​which happened to me. And I was left with a rounded pointed nail rather than a coffin square nails. Filing instead of cutting added almost 30 minutes on to the normal appointment time.
Most disappointing is that less than 2 weeks after I paid $ 67 for a full set pedicure and one acrylic toenail, TWO fingernails broke on my left hand. I’m a teacher for a south Florida county and I find it incredibly upsetting to pay my hard earned money for subpar services! Now I will have to find time for them to repair my nails and fix the other ones. Disappointing.

This was my first time visiting Toi Spa. What a great first impression! Everyone there was so welcoming and nice. I had a gel fill in and I requested a Halloween design. Tj did my nails, and Lauren did my design. Very impressive! They are both true artists. My daughter accompanied me and got a mani/​pedi and a design also. She is very happy with the results as well. Try Toi. you won’t be disappointed.

FABULOUS! This is well worth the extra $. They are extremely clean, courtious, and it is a luxury to go there! Everyone is great — thank you for a wonderful experience!

I was in the area so I decided to Unilocal for a Nail Spa and came across this great spot! Very nice Spa, spa was clean, friendly people. My technician was TJ he did an AMAZING job on my Gel Polish Manicure. Definitely returning!

Really enjoyed this place. I came across it while searching through Unilocal for nail salons in the area close to my job. Needing a mani/​pedi ASAP, I called and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. When I arrived I was immediately attended. As a sat to do my pedicure someone came over and began to work on my manicure. It was awesome! I was able to get both services done simultaneously which got me out of there quicker than I expected; that was a definite plus! The staff was very friendly and did a fantastic job. I recommend this place as it is also located in a good area.

Love this spa. Prices are reasonable. Clean, friendly, & they have wine! I’ve had my brows waxed and tinted, basic Pedi, and gels. I am always happy when I leave. I even convinced my father to get the «sole searching» (no polish) pedicure & he was pleased. I will be back.

This place wasn’t what I expected. In my opinion, I don’t find the value in paying the amount I did for refills and pedi. I was just another number. The place was modern looking, but I definitely did not receive the «spa» treatment. I wasn’t asked if I wanted anything to drink, didn’t have the technician spend extra time on me, didn’t even get a massage after my refills. The refills were good, but the nail polish wasn’t done well.
It seemed to me that the techs borrow the supplies from each other because there wasn’t enough in each station.
I don’t mind paying for good service, but this ‘high end’ salon just doesn’t do it for me.

Finally I found a great nail salon !!! The people are so nice, Tal did my nails and she did a great job. She was so patient and polite. She made sure to double and triple check her work. I even met some new people that all only had great things to say about the salon. One major plus, everything is sterile and clean. Giving 4 stars since this is only my first time here but really it’s a 5 star place !

Best place I have been the place is modern and very clean. The people that work there are friendly and everything is very hygienic prices are not as cheap as your typical Asian nail place because this place is actually clean. So like they say you pay for what you get ! $ 45 for a mani-​pedi and make sure you call ahead for an appointment this place gets very busy !
