It’s a little bit hard to find if you’ve never been there as there is a lot of empty space between the actual main roads and the hotel. Taking into consideration that it is still new, I have a few complaints but nothing that would deter me from staying here. First, I booked my room a week before I stayed for 9 days. However, when I showed up around 4:30pm, there were no more rooms. Apparently, their call center was overbooking rooms. It was frustrating because there was nothing they could do and I had even called the day before to confirm. Also, there is only one or two people at the counter so the line is long and it’s a small lobby with no seating. It was very disappointing but the customer service was apologetic and went as far as talking to my parents on the phone. They just suggested that I stay at the Holiday Inn Express nearby which was double the price, but I had no where else to go, so I did. As for the actual room(I stayed in a single), it was clean and a good size for me. There’s AC with an option to specify exactly what temperature you want, as well as a flatscreen TV with cable, a desk, a microwave, a fridge and freezer, a sink, cabinets and a stove. It is definitely good enough for an extended stay and I don’t know about the other reviews but there hasn’t been a bug spotting yet(Hopefully I don’t jinx myself). The bathroom was also clean and ample but it only comes with two towels and if you want more, you have to go to the front and ask. Same with bedsheets. There is no housekeeping except once a week or you can add it on for a fee. They do also offer wireless internet but for a fee of $ 4.95 a day you can get premium internet, which I presume, is faster. The free internet works just fine for me as I’m typing on my laptop at the moment and have also managed to binge watch a few seasons… er…shows on Netflix. Keep in mind that I am staying alone so if you have a bunch of people on your room’s network it may possibly be slower. No room service, but I Unilocaled some restaurants nearby(Hungry Howies, China Star) and mostly all of them deliver. There is a laundry room available which I haven’t tried out yet, but if I do I will update. There are also vending machines on the first floor. No pool either, but for an extended stay and for the price, it does the job. It is by no means fancy but it is clean and that is the most important. Obviously I deducted some stars because of the overbooking hassle. If I had been very short with money I would have been left without a place to stay, but otherwise, it’s a good space for me and will do the trick.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks with my husband and 2 year old son while our home was under renovations. Complete Roach Infestation on the windows, in your bed… Do NOT stay here.
