Alisa Haller Photography

I hired Alisa to shoot an educational workshop. The conditions were less than ideal — a very crowded room, busy people who weren’t exactly inclined to pose and dreadful fluorescent lighting. With all that working against her, she delivered a beautiful set of photographs which capture our endeavor perfectly. She is flexible, smart, quick and creative. I highly, highly recommend her services.

I have had many portraits/​headshots done over the years and hands down, my best headshots have been done by Alisa. She really understands light and how important it is to bring out your best features. She is great to work with too. She makes an uncomfortable process easy. I recommend her very highly!

I was dreading getting new pictures taken for business use. Fortunately, I found Alisa Haller Photography.
My first set of photos would be considered great by most, but I really wanted something more casual than the usual headshot. Alisa came to my house for a reshoot and we discovered that my balcony provided a lovely backdrop to my shots.
She promptly sent me the new photos for approval, did a bit of touch up on the ones I chose and that was it. I am very happy with the process and the results.

I absolutely love my new headshots. I get really nervous in front of the camera and end up smerking. Alisa makes me comfortable, and it shows in the portrait!

Alisa Haller’s amazing photos are a combined result of her outstanding photographic skills and her calm comforting demeanor that made our entire family at ease during our photo shoot. She was also very accommodating with scheduling and the location for our session. In addition to our family photos, Alisa also took excellent professional head shots for my job, LinkedIn page, etc.
Alisa’s work speaks for itself, and we are extremely satisfied. We never felt rushed, and the photos therefore captured us in relaxed natural poses. We were also quite pleased that she efficiently filtered the 100+ photos taken down to a reasonable number from which to choose.

I am not photogenic. Looking at photos of myself? Painful and a letdown. I dread having photos taken. But you need good heat shots every 2 – 3 years for business — outdated ones can be so… let’s say «amusing» :-)
But with the pix Alisa took, it’s easy to hand out my business card *and* I had three of the other photos printed and framed to hang. They’re keepsake shots that my love and I can look back on in later years and think, «Gosh, we were cute!» lol.
Alisa uses natural lighting — that worked for me. She makes you comfortable and takes a bunch of shots. Her online system makes it easy and fun to make your choices from the lot. I’ll use Alisa again!

I am not comfortable in front of cameras but Alisa made me extremely comfortable and she captured some amazing shots! We met at a park and Alisa put me at ease right away. We moved to a few locations, I changed tops a couple of times and then we were done.
In the end I had quite a few photos to choose fom and they were so great I actually had a hard time choosing. Alisa worked quickly that day and also got the proofs to me very quickly. A consummate professional who I would recommend without reservation.
