What good can I say about this place?

+ Ceramic tub
+ It’s very dark at night.
Wait, that last one is just Davis, in general, and doesn’t really belong to this apartment complex.
Let’s see, staying positive:
— The sink is so old the enamel has eroded or something, giving it the ability to pick up colorful patterns from your food
— No disposal, so you won’t be bothered by the noise, and your sink will back up more often, making you slow down and think about your life
— Vintage single pane, metal sash windows. They really bring the temperature outside, into the apartment (Except the front windows, which are double pane)
— Tiny drawers in the bathroom and kitchen, I guess this can help you organize better
— Tiny oven, good for portion control
— No microwave, live the way we used to
— Light fixtures from the old days. Live in vintage style
— Fridge door light works about ¹⁄₈^th the time. Keep yourself guessing!
— VINTAGE shag carpeting

I can go on, but this place really doesn’t show care or quality. The paint is nasty, the bathroom will mold within seconds of moving in. This place seems like it was built in the forties and it hasn’t been changed since. Good luck.
