My experience at Clickaway mobile in Davis has been amazing. I am not a «techy», to say the least and went from a flip phone to a smartphone. All the people in the store have been patient, considerate and very knowledgable, — and I haven’t been the easiest customer. I bought a phone, and then went back to get a smaller, cheaper one. They handled that easily and patiently. I needed an inordinate amount of help because of my low tech knowledge– again– patient and professional. The phone I bought had to be repaired. They handled that, giving me a loaner for the time I was without my phone. Again– patient, friendly and professional. I have worked with Lauren, the store manager, Kyle, Simon, and JD. They all have provided the level of service, professionalism, and friendliness that I find unusual. I especially enjoy watching the«like family» relationship they have with each other.

I wish I could give 0 stars… terrible service. I brought in a phone screen to be repaired and they took over a week and were still unable to fix it. The staff was uninterested and unhelpful, were more worried about their own lives than helping me. I would recommend instead University Wireless who fixed my phone within an hour.

WORSTSERVICE I HAVEEVERRECEIVED. Worker with ginger beard has no idea what he is talking about when it comes to phones. Said it would take 2 hours to fix phone, ordered wrong part 3 times and ended up taking 9 days and still did not fix it.

If you have the old Verizon More Everything Plan keep it. New plan sounds good but Promos go away – no more 1GB free for a year 25GB cloud goes to 5GB If sales rep messes up, no promo to offset If you have iPhone go to Apple and buy an unlocked iPhone, you can make monthly payments and get new phone every year. An unlocked phone allows you to put any SIM card in it. So if Verizon plan sucks, switch to AT&T, Boost, etc. with same phone. Tell phone companies you are smarter than them

Went in the store early Friday afternoon to pick up my pre-ordered iPhone 6. Got to the store and asked about my sale order, the guy couldn’t find it but said that another carrier hasn’t arrived with their shipment yet and that once it’s in he will give me a call to come for pick up, I was already slightly disappointed that I couldn’t get the new phone then, but I went home thinking that it would just be an hour or two until they call me. I was wrong. I literally waited the entire afternoon but my phone never rang. It was already past 7pm and I figured I will call them and ask before driving over. Called and stayed on the line for 4 whole minutes until I got disconnected by them because«all associates are busy.» I decided I will just go to the store again, not at all happy with their customer service. Got there and there weren’t any other customers there, which made me wonder why I was on hold for so long. And as it turned out, my order had been in the store all those time… A complete waste of my day waiting for them. The one good thing was that the lady salesperson who actually helped me activate my new phone was very nice. The guy, however, was utterly unreliable.

This place is just horrible. Its everything bad about phone retailers. I’m a really tech savvy guy, so my first red flag came when I was buying a phone that I had researched thoroughly: it had a dual core processor and the crazy-eyed guy behind the counter kept insisting that it was«octa core». BS. In addition to this he tried to charge me the full Verizon price even though their website advertised a lower price, and when I called him out on it I had to go behind the desk and pull up his site and prove it to him, after which he conceded that I had«done my research». On top of this their internet barely worked enough to make my transaction go through, and because they lost connection mid-charge the first time, they charged me twice. My debit card has since charged me two overdraft protection charges that are entirely clickaway’s fault. Also, prices are not as advertised online, and in fact are huge but reasonable after a mail in rebate. That little detail about the rebate is also not advertised online, which is what I call FALSEADVERTISING. If I had more time on my hands I’d sue this place, no joke. Terrible store run by sketchy people. And I thought normal Verizon stores were bad.

I got a great« Unilocal Deal» and service was great as well. I would suggest that corporate/management better inform their employees of the Unilocal deal. My friendly and helpful reps weren’t sure how the Unilocal coupon worked, which caused some unwanted delays. Otherwise, great experience!

DONOTGOHERE. They are overpriced and not a corporate verizon store. They are a retail outlet unable to make the same deals a corporate verizon store would be able to. I just purchased a phone 1 wk prior, then saw a better deal on Amazon wireless, they were unable to match the price(as was verizon corporate offices), then charged a $ 50 restocking fee(a corporate store would only charge $ 35). Make your purchases online.

If you want to learn about the latest and greatest in cell phones, this is the place to get a ton of info. The people that work in this store are very helpful and will work with you to make you happy. My wife and I switched to Verizon after visiting this store and checking out the Motorola Droid they had on display. The DROID is a very useful device that I truly believe is better than the iPhone 3G I had with AT&T. If you need help finding out info from your current cellular provider, the people in this store will help you. Also, you should definitely ask about getting the UC Davis student discount on your Verizon plan, because it will save you 10−15% on your monthly bill. Check this place out if you’re looking for a switch to Verizon, we’re happy we did.

EVO was very helpful in my phone purchasing process. Every employee at this location was knowledgable about the products they were selling and the customer service was excellent. I would come back here and would recomend this place to others.
