I’m not someone that spends hours on my hair. Need a good solid and precise haircut that grows out well to make me happy. Did not get that… so not going back.

Bless Michelle. I had a haircut that had BUTCHERED my hair: bangs cut a diagonal, chunks missing… my head looked like a series of badly done stairs. It was cut so badly that it stopped curling!!!
Then I came to Michelle. She fixed it all, even restoring the curl! I can’t recommend her enough!

Sharon Jackson is a fantastic stylist. She has been cutting and coloring my hair for about a year. She is that rare bird in Davis, good at what she does and not overpriced like a lot of Davis stylists.

david has dozens and dozens of women coming to him for color, including my mom, because he’s the best in all of the area for truly enduring natural color that is genuinely worth the money. that being said– i simply go to him for a cut– and i couldn’t live without him simply for that. enough said lol. i’ve techincally seen him in 3 places now, and cobalt really brings a new level of expertise and service to davis. thumbs up!

I got my hair cut here by Kristin about a week ago, and I’ll say right now that I’ll be back again!
1. Kristin is very detailed oriented and just adorable
2. Free coffee
3. Both Kristin and David seem to take as much time as needed to make sure your hair is what you want it to be!
Plus, they often participate in Unilocal discounts, which is nice when you’re working on a budget. I got my hair washed, cut, and styled for under $ 40. Appointments are also easy to make (telephone/​on-​line), although I believe they take walk-​ins.
