Worst apartment ever. I live on fourth floor pretty good view.
Told us to move in at 4 wasn’t ready until 9
No grace period on rent
On top of that, website is so bad it practically takes an entire day to pay your goddamn rent.
You cannot split your rent. So one college student needs to have 2−3k in their account by the first
There’s a convenience fee associated with using the website (which is ironic because the website is incredibly inconvenient)
Management is a bitch. Never there and all policies are to make resident lives hard and management’s life easy.
Told us we would get new equipment, instead we got old shit that breaks all the damn time.
Thieves. There are hella thieves here or around here.
Good news: the maintenance guy is super chill.

I share a four-​room apartment with 5+ people. The walls are pretty thin, so I don’t recommend sharing with a lot of people unless they are quiet. The rooms are decent in size (big enough to share) and the bathrooms are big.
The apartment comes with a refrigerator, microwave, dining lights, and lights in each room (which is a huge plus). Also, the living room is huge.
We are allowed to have parties, but we must inform the manager 48 hours in advance. The place is very strict.
Now, the lounge is locked after the manager leaves. During every holiday season or event, she decorates the place. For this year, someone stole her pumpkin decorations and she threatened to lock the lounge if no one returned it (which was the case). Thus, we don’t have access to the gym, laundry room, and the printer after around 4pm. That wasn’t the only horrible part: the manager also never came to work (even though she lived there) or she came late, so during the regular hours, she still wasn’t there.
The apartment complex is conveniently close to Safeways, KFC, Teabo, & etc. The location was good. There was always the M and W bus to take to school too.
I would only stay here again if I lived with less people on the top floor and because of the location. Other than that, this place is overpriced and not worth it.

Saw their floor plans online and called the office for more information since they didn’t have measurements posted. The woman who picked up couldn’t even give me an estimate of how big the bedrooms were and was exceedingly rude. She said they weren’t doing tours and hung up on me mid-​sentence. We haven’t even looked at the place and we already know one thing: management sucks! Pass on this one
