We were on a trip in our rv, and our running lights weren’t working. We pulled into LA Mesa RV, and Mathew Kelly, with the help of Alex, Ryan, and Floyd came out right away, diagnosed the problem and fixed it so we could continue on our vacation. We highly recommend LA Mesa RV service department.

We purchased a new Class C RV with extended warranty from La Mesa. They are full of promises regarding their warranty work, but in reality they are always so backed up with service work that we have to go elsewhere. We called today because our generator won’t start and they said it would be 6 weeks before the next available appt. It’s like this every time we call, always so backed up. So beware don’t expect them to be able to service your rig.

Buyer beware. Ask about the 90day warranty… It’s your fault… The service department says.

We purchased our first RV, a 2015 Winnebago Vista from LaMesa RV, August 2014. We have had professional friendly service since our purchase and although everyone has been exceptional, no one has come close to the care we received from Tara in the service department. She has consistently given informative, friendly, professional service. She never fails to respond to my inquiries within 24 hours. No inquiry is too small or insignificant for her. Being «Newbies» this is an essential quality. And… Because of Tara we will return to LaMesa RV for our next RV. Thank you Tara for the great service and the warm friendly greetings.

I recently purchased a 2015 31 ft Minnie Winnie. I have had excellent service from everyone I have been in contact with. The salesman did not pressure me, answered all my questions, and took as much time as I needed. The finance person answered so many questions and got us the best deal. I know because I did my homework before we stopped. The walk through person was thorough and knowledgable. Lots of good hints. The service department was superior. There was a short delay in adding features we requested but we were in no rush and understand there were orders ahead of ours. I felt it was done in a timely manner. The manager Matthew was very knowledgeable and was always easy to contact. We had an issue in which he contacted Winnebago and they fixed the problem. He went above and beyond to remedy our problem. We really appreciated his professionalism and honesty. So far our experiences have been excellent and we love our RV. Thanks Matthew!

I purchased a 2006 Winnebago Meridian Itasca Diesel at Cal Expo and recently had it serviced at LaMesa RV. TARA AND AARON were very professional and accomplished everything I wanted done at no cost to us.

I have never been involved in a company like LAMESA in Davis, CA that their main goal in life is to screw you. The last time were had our RV in their shop which was in February 2015. They informed us that our RV batteries will only last up to 6 months and we needed to replace all of them and this was why we were having problems. Myself not knowing that much in general about RV Batteries I GOOGLED this information, and never found anything that said they only last 6 months and would need to be replaced. Funny we just brought our RV back home from Sacramento Truck Center. The only thing that was wrong with the batteries they needed a little bit of water. How is it that LAMESA is still in business. A 5 year old is smarter than they are. I wish there was a way to not use 1 star in this ratting it would be –10 in my book.
