Larry Guenther Construction

Over the last 20 years I’ve engaged building contractors on jobs from bath renovations, basement refinishing and new home construction, so have a range of experiences to draw upon. Larry has renovated two bathrooms for us in the last 4 months and it has been a pleasure to work with him. His skills greatly exceed the ‘handyman’ that his business name suggests. He has reworked plumbing, electrical supply, resurfaced walls, painted, and installed cabinetry, woodwork, and trim to a high level of finish. Most work he does himself, however, he uses a tile subcontractor who is also very skilled an knowledgeable. I selected my materials from Home Depot or Lowe’s and he did pickup. In one case I had only a picture to work from and Larry reconfigured shelving around a bath to get a similar effect at a very reasonable price. He’s had open access to my home for 4 months and I have no reservations. He maintains a clean worksite and is attentive to security when he departs. I look forward to working with him on another bath renovation in the near future!
