Melissa is fantastic. I always leave feeling so wonderful and relaxed. Melissa was the first masseuse I have ever been to, and when I received a massage from another masseuse in Hawaii while on vacation, I was so disappointed. It was nothing like a «Melissa massage» and I have a much greater appreciation for the superb massages that she gives! I live 1.5 hours away from Davis now, but try to get a massage in whenever I come to Davis. Melissa also has a passion for families and children, and gave me fantastic guidance for relieving my infant’s gas pains. If I lived closer I would take her infant massage class in a heartbeat!

I’ve tried quite a few massage therapists in Davis, and I have to say Melissa is the best. She always checks in with you about how your body is feeling, then will actually completely focus on those problem areas. I have very tight shoulders, legs, and lower back, and every time she has helped me loosen my muscles and just help me improve my well-​being. I’ve gone to see her at least 8 times in the last year and a half, and she has always been cheerful, attentive, and professional. My body is a bit thicker and thus harder to work with, but Melissa really has the skill and focus to get into the problem areas and patiently work them out. I prefer strong pressure, and she has always delivered.
I liked it so much that I booked an appointment for my girlfriend, who came out a happy pile of mush saying, «How have I lived life without this?»
Finally, the ambiance in the massage room is great. Love the fish!

Outstanding massages. I have been coming to Melissa for massages for 5 – 10 years off and on and never disappointed. Melissa is a superb masseuse and I’ve gone to many in Davis and other areas. She is booked up a lot if that tells you anything. Also a very nice person.

Melissa took the time to understand why I came in, gave a great deep tissue massage, and ensured I was comfortable with the pressure and stretches involved.

I’ve seen Melissa about 5 times. She is always consistent and professional every time. She’s so good that for the first time, I’ve considered going once a month. When I do have an appointment, I look forward to it for days. She hits just the right spots. I took my mom in and her nerve pain went away. Thanks Melissa for blessing us with your gift of massage!

Melissa is wonderful!
I usually don’t go out and get massages, but after weeks of daily workouts at the gym, IM softball games, and dance practices, my body was aching to the point where walking was dreadful. It was close to 3pm and I was calling several places to see if someone can help my body feel better before my next dance practice. No one would take me, the Student Health Center didn’t have an opening until the next week and everybody else was at least the next day. Fortunately she called me back and gave me a 4pm appointment because I really needed it (that’s usually when she’s done for the day). She was an angel to do this.
She has knowledge of many different types of massages. With the amount of discomfort my body was in, she combined everything she knew in order to help me and even went a bit overtime. So sweet! In the end, my body wasn’t perfect but it was better. No longer struggling to walk. I purchased her package deal right after. My schedule wasn’t changing for a few more weeks, so I found her to be a necessity. Having her on dial was like having my own personal massage therapist. She’s open-​minded, sweet, personable, and great to talk to.
