Melodic Farms

This is a great place to get lessons. You can pay per lesson or per month, which saves you some money. They teach you how to saddle up the horse, you have your lesson then you unsaddle the horse and brush it down. With the monthly package the kids get one day of where they go to the barn and do fun horse related stuff and learn more about horses. And the prices are reasonable. And there is a seating area for the parents to watch the lesson.
There has been a couple times where it was hard to reach someone by phone to set up a lesson, which is frustrating. But that is my only complaint.
Overall, my step daughter loves it there. She learned how to jump this summer and thinks its great! She likes it and we will continue going as long as she’s enjoying it.
I would recommend to anyone!

Terrible service. My daughter had an hour of horse-​riding at this place and even though we were a little early for the lesson the instructor only had her on the horse for 15 minutes. These people are totally unresponsive and fail to reply to E-​mails and voicemails. The young girl (Leslie) who runs the place will say that she hasn’t been able to respond because of all the horse shows she does. Well too bad missy I thought you were running a business. Grow up.
