Arrived here at 2pm and there was one person ahead of me with a mixed bag full of aluminum cans, plastic bottles, glass bottles, and other misc items that cannot be redeemed for money (however they were still recyclable).
The male employee was fast in sorting out the items into trash bins for weight. He is very friendly, allowed the client to see the weight as he was putting cans/​whatever on the scale.
Prices per pound were clearly displayed on a marquee and no fuss about leaving the client alone to calculate in their brain how much the cash amount due.
Glass is $ 0.10 a pound and plastics with recycling code 1 – 6 also have their own cost per pound.
After the weighing is done, total cash amount calculated, you sign a receipt and collect your money.
Easy in and out.
The employee was funny despite being in the company of heat and smelly recyclables.
