Sundance

I used to live at Sundance and thought that it was pretty decent. It’s conviently located right next to the 113 so I can always hop on & off the freeway and be on my way. The parking lot kind of sucks though, I usually just park on the street since my apt was one of the first ones. There’s a sauna room, pool, & hot tub in this apt complex but the one time we tried to use the sauna room — we couldn’t figure out how to use it.
As for the apt itself — we had a townhouse so there were two bedrooms with two bath and a loft. There’s NO circulation at all in this house even with the A/​C on. If you’re thinking about using the loft as a 3^rd bedroom — think again! During hot days, it’s an inferno in there! Even with the fan and a air circulator going on. you’ll still be sweating up a storm!
The apt is a pretty spacious and clean & maintenance is really nice. But we barely got back any deposit despite getting everything professionally cleaned out of our own pocket :(
If you do decide to live here, I do suggest avoiding the hot tub. When I used to live here, my room (the loft) had a direct view of the hot tub & I would always see people having sex there: O

Plus:
Close to school and Bus lines.
Pool is there if you like that sort of thing.
Cons:
Old apartments.
Noisy, close to freeway 113.
3^rd floor is hot in summer cold in winter. Is it not insulated well?
The Spa is a disgusting cesspool of excreted grossness.

College kids, watch your deposits. Take pictures of all damages before you move in and show the manager or else you’ll never get the deposit back. Left the apartment clean as a whistle and they didn’t refund our check because of «cleaning» costs.
