I took my comforter (it is one comforter that can be separated into two) for dry cleaning.
The shopkeeper told me that they could finish the dry cleaning in 2 days with $ 2 extra charge with a total charge of $ 22.
Two days later when I returned, another shopkeeper say that there was a terrible mistake and a comforter cannot be cleaned that fast.
She said she would clean it ASAP then give me a call for picking it up.
They NEVER called me for a pick up.
After I couldn’t sleep well for nine nights without my comforter keeping me warm,
I called them and finally the shop keeper said my comforter was cleaned for $ 48 because the new shopkeeper thinks there are two pieces to the comforter.
I could have bought a new down comforter with that price. Too bad I did not have evidence showing that it should be $ 22 instead because they charge you after they return the product.
It is horrible for them to set false expectation and NOT call the customer for a pick-​up.
I would give them zero stars if I could.

Went there to have a couch cover dry cleaned. She asked me if I’ve been there before and when I said yes, she asked me how much I’ve paid to have the same item cleaned. It seemed a weird question but I answered that I didn’t remember. The problem is that when I asked how much I was supposed to pay this time she refuses to tell me. She kept saying that it takes time to look up in the system, since the prices change with size and material. I told her I could’ve wait but I wanted to know at least an estimate price. She kept saying that she couldn’t do it since takes time. After asking her three times, I simply took my stuff back, told her it is a customers right to know the price of a service and left.
Definitely not going back there!!!

Went back a couple of weeks ago to get my dress hemmed for graduation. Asked her to take off a few inches, and she did exactly that — but didn’t check to make sure the front and back are the same length! The back hem was straight and very short, but the front was curved (like normal) and a good length.
I wasn’t very pleased, but I was able to take it back to her to have it fixed at no extra cost. She was able to make the backside slightly longer by letting out the hem a little.
If it’s a simple hem, then you can just drop it off. But if it involves a little bit more work, make sure you try it on and have her mark your dress. I’m not familiar with alterations, so she should have offered to measure me.

Staff is extremely outgoing and friendly as soon as you walk in the door. Clothes were cleaned and pressed appropriately.
No issues what so ever and will definitely use their services again.

Casey knows me by name and remembers what it is I like to have done with my suits and dress shirts. Additionally, my clothes always come wrapped in plastic and looking pristine.
I Will never use another cleaners as long as I live or work in Davis.

Dry cleaning two shirts & one blazer set me back $ 25. Not sure if this is the normal price in Davis, but I find it a bit expensive. I swear I used to pay like, $ 3 a shirt back in San Diego. But from what I can tell, they at least did a good job. I dropped off my stuff on a Friday & was allowed to pick it up Tues after 4pm. They also say you can have same day service, but I’m afraid to find out how much that costs.
The also do alterations here. The worker quoted me $ 15 for a skirt hem. I didn’t end up getting it hemmed there, so I can’t speak to their alteration quality.

Fast service and decent price and they are really good with alteration!

Lost shirts three times. Had to wait several days to get shirts. No call when found, no offer of refund in the second or third time. This has never happened at any other cleaner I’ve used in the country. Poor management.

Friendly service, great hours, easy parking and reasonable prices. I’m always pleased with every garment they clean and love the warm and friendly service. Local, professional cleaner in the heart of downtown.
