After being frustrated with the 800 customer service line, the 2nd lady hardly spoke clear English, and I like to be precise with my finances, Jamal turned my whole experience around and made my refinancing if my car a breeze!!! Super helpful and saved me money!!! My own bank was going to charge me and Arm and a leg! Really considering switching all my account to TCU, specifically this branch.

I’m a huge fan of Travis CU. After having Bank of America illegitimately steal hundreds from me I realized a having a bank that is public with shareholders is a huge conflict of interest. So I started looking for a credit union, where the members are the shareholders. I searched far and wide around Davis and ended up finding Travis Credit Union.
Since I’ve found Travis Credit Union I’ve brought my entire family and even friends over to the bank. Now it feels more like a community than a formal bank.
I will continue to refer business to you Travis.

I completely LOVE this credit union. My son did a lot of research on which credit union offered the most. Travis won! Our whole family moved our accounts, including my husband’s business account to Travis. We are so pleased. This is a place where «everyboby knows your name». They treat us so well, everyone that works there is very knowledgeable and helpful.
I’ve never liked going to the bank. I no longer dread it.
If you want personal service and a small bank feel, I highly recommend Travis Credit Union. The Davis branch is where we go.
