A friendly technician (Jim W) came out and said the air conditioning unit was no good and the furnance wouldn’t work. He quoted me $ 4,300 for a Trane furnance 8÷20÷2015. My friend went over to Holland’s office in Davison asking if we could get a better quote to replace the Lennox furnance and a man by the name of Doug Griniger came to my home a week later. Mr Griniger was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I work from home and he sat at the table and tried to hard sell me. Mr Griniger then said he could replace my furnance for $ 3,300 and when I told him why I did not like Trane products he sneered at me and rolled his eyes like I was some sort of idiot. Lucky for him my work phone rang and I went into another room. Mr Griniger had no brochure, no contract to write up his offer, he just told us a model number and said we could look it up on the internet. Sloppy, unorganized, disrespectful. Dave from Davison Heating and Cooling was awesome, straight forward and organized. Leroy from Terry Allen was respectful and organized. Even if Holland called me and said they would give me a free furnance I would decline it. Shame on you.

Horrible. Honestly that is all I have to say. He came in did not introduce himself. He spent all of 5 minutes looking at my furnace and came back to tell me it was not worth fixing. Then I get charged $ 80… For 5 minutes of in what my opinion was for nothing. Never again will I even bother with this company.

I met Carrie, the Holland Heating representative, at the Lapeer Home Depot. I had been getting quotes to have a furnace replaced with a cracked heat exchanger. She had set me up wit a visit from Bob who quoted the job and within a weeks time two of their heating technicians (Randy and TJ) were installing a new furnace at my place.
The installation was a very good job, and I am somewhat picky about this stuff, being involved with construction myself.
Nice people to deal with and great installation. I recommend the Holland Heating/​Home Depot team for any furnace of A/​C install.

Technicians John, Bill, and TJ installed a new water heater, furnace, and digital thermostat at my mother’s house. Nearing the end of a long remodel, these gentlemen were by far the most courteous, professional, and competent folks working on the house.
They took great care with the install, and took the time to explain the system to my mother as well as answer her MANY questions.
In addition, one of the technicians noticed an issue on the invoice for an unnecessary part and labor. He called and sorted everything out, resulting in a $ 400 savings.
All the way around a top notch experience.

We had a Trane furnace and air installed in our home. The installation process was great ant TJ and Job were two of the most professional and knowlable techincians. It was a pleasure having them here. Thanks for explaining the prioduct function and maintaince and care instructions and for making us feel like valued custumers. I would also like to thank Jerry for the time he took to explain the process and the work with consumers and city permits. You are a great team. You are 5 star in my book. This is showing up as 3 stars even though I rated it 5 star.

Woke up to get ready for work and had no heat! I called Holland Heating and Niel Castle was the technician that was at my house in just over an hour. He diagnosed our problem, changed the part, checked the rest of the furnace and was gone in about 40 minutes — we had heat! The best part of all was that the price was very reasonable — very — considering I made an emergency call.
