We have used PnotoFactory for our soccer program for years.
We have 3000 players and their parents consistently praise the way the photographers manage the kids and photoshoot. Handsome pix. The company previews the pix and calls the families of youngsters who grimace or had eyes closed so the youngsters can retake their picture. With such a large program some errors do occur but the company cheerfully replaces any missing picture when family calls and that includes mailing at company expense! Company replaces even when error was poor or wrong identification information on the order form turned into PhotoFactory.
