Lol — the secret is out! This is the first time I ever walked in here and was not immediately served. It was all of a 5 minute wait… best around by far. Nice clean facility and very helpful staff.

I love this S.O.S. There is rarely a line-​the most I have waited here was 10 minutes. The staff is actually friendly believe it or not. Small town hospitality does go a long way! If you happen to show up on a Friday, the Farmer’s Market is going on at the same time in their parking lot. A win/​win I must say.

Novi, MI
This is probably one of the very few SOS branches where you can walk in and be helped almost immediately. I don’t think I have ever had to pull a number and wait in line here. AMAZING! LOVE IT! If only all SOS branches were this efficient. Ah the joys of government. LOL.
There are some of the advanced services they can not perform though (like getting a copy of your driving record, which is a lame policy — dock a star for that), in which case you’ll be sent to the deep nether regions of hell that is the Hill Rd branch.
