Vogt’s Flowers-Davison

On Christmas eve my son treated myself, his sister and grandma to huge fresh flower bouquets. Not many 27 year old men think to treat all his special women to flowers. They were beautiful. By the day after Christmas the Gerber daisies, roses were all drooping. We all trimmed the ends and got them right into water, that was changed daily. He was so disappointed it just broke my heart. I know one family who is not going to continue business with Vogt’s.

Yes, I do know its Mothers day and all my daughter just sent me flowers. I sent her a picture and told her thank you but she was very disappointed. she said the arrangements she picked out was loaded with white roses and purple flowers. the arrangement I got has one rose, two peonies in bloom, a bunch of unopened daylillies and 3 stalks of purple with a neon green ribbons. My daughters words were «sorry mom, the one I picked out was much more prettier.». I think if you could not have delivered the one she picked out, you should have notified her for her input. Just my thoughts.

The owner did reach out to me and apologized about the poor arrangement and offered a full refund.

Over the weekend I was researching our listings and reviews and I saw your post on Unilocal.I am horrified and embarrassed for both of us. I am so sorry you had this terrible experience. Obviously you should not be charged anything for this arrangement. So we will be crediting the balance to your credit card.
A designer that has worked with us for well over 10 years created this arrangement. In that time period I have never, that I know of received a complaint on any order she has created. She is a beautiful designer. The driver that delivered this has been with us over 10 years. Anyone can and should stop an arrangement at anytime that they feel for any reason should not be delivered.
I do not know what happened, but something obviously happened to this arrangement. I believe it was dropped. The vase is not right, The broken wilted flowers. The design. It is all wrong.
You ordered a beautiful arrangement and this is not what showed up. You should not be billed for anything.
