Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. 3 times to give order. #2 large coke extra hash brown. Still didn’t get it right. Took 9 minutes to get through drive through only to have it wrong.

If you want to experience the longest McDonalds line ever with the slowest service. Stop by this one! I’m not sure if they are new, not trained enough or just don’t care. 1^st, napkins in the ladies room versus toilet paper. 2 order lines but no clear indication of what line to get in. One female order taker was having trouble taking the person next to us order (& it sounded simple to me) — she had to have our guy come erase it & start over. Then you clump together & wait & wait & wait for your order # to pop up on a screen. After witnessing 3 people in front of us come back because something was missing– we checked our order before taking it. They give you cups to get your own drink. My husband tried 2 different diet cokes– both came out clear. He told the workers — they said it’s been out awhile & NOONE has time to change it. Gave him back his $. No «sorry», etc. since there is not much to choose from in the route (Albany– Birmingham) we hope they can improve but I’ll stay clear.

They always mess up my order and never pay attention to what they’re doing. I had a pickle on my sandwich to taste like dirt before as if they dropped it and put it on my sandwich !

Love their coffee.
