Ann Taylor Factory Store

For some reason, I can hardly ever find good deals for Ann Taylor clothing that actually fits me at their regular retail stores — even when they’re on sale. Fortunately, I can ALWAYS find great deals for quality business casual and professional clothes at the Ann Taylor Factory Store at the North Georgia Premium Outlets!
The Ann Taylor Factory Store is usually my first stop when I make my 45-​minute drive to the Outlets. It’s a fairly large store, which is always always nicely organized. As soon as I walk in, I head straight to the right side of the back of the store because that’s where their clearance section is located. The clothes on clearance are organized by size and type — business casual is in one section and then there are more casual tops in a separate rack. There are also plenty of pants on clearance.
I don’t come here often, but the past three times I have visited, they would have additional discounts on top of the clearance prices! The last time I went on a Saturday afternoon, they informed me that there was an additional 40% off all purchases that day, and they handed me a small flyer with the prices of many of their items and how much they would cost with the additional discount. I thought that this was so helpful!
As I was shopping and was holding numerous hangers of clothing, a friendly sales associate approached me and asked if she could get a fitting room started for me. I said sure, and she asked for my name, took the clothes I wanted to try, and saved a fitting room for me. Unlike some retail stores, they don’t count the number of items you are trying or have a limit on how many items you can take in the fitting room.
When I was ready to try the clothes on, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the associate had written my name on a white board on my fitting room door and had neatly hung the clothing inside. The associate smiled and told me that I should let her know if I needed assistance with anything. She was very sweet and I appreciated her excellent customer service!
Overall, the Ann Taylor Factory Store gets 5 stars for their awesome deals for quality women’s professional clothing, clean and organized environment, and friendly employees. I have never walked out of this store without buying anything because their petite-​sized clothes (yay for the Petites section!) fit me so nicely and are affordable for the quality. This is definitely my favorite store at the North Georgia Premium Outlets and I will continue to shop here several times a year!

The cashier who rang me out was a little rude and didn’t bother to acknowledge the customers or the growing line forming. Didn’t really give me the typical «Ann Taylor service» that I’m accustomed to at other stores.
However, there was a lot of clothes on sale which is always great (I love deals!). I bought 3 shirts for under $ 30, and in my opinion, that’s always a bargain especially with Ann Taylor clothing.
The dressing room was clean, although some rooms still had a lot of clothing in it which always bothers me.

I love this place, a great selection of clothes for women of all sizes! Nice staff and pretty decent size store!
