LOVE this place. Don’t go to the giant pumpkin patch down the road — check out Bradley’s instead. We went on our way to Amicalola Falls and found boiled peanuts, cooking and decorating pumpkins, all kinds of goodies inside, and a family run business with the sweetest Georgians around. I’m a northern girl so meeting real Georgians is exciting for me. Come fall, go check it out. They even had a class(we missed it) on how to cook pumpkins.

Bradley’s Pumpkin patch is an excellent choice for a family outing. Its kinda funny how we found the place because we were headed to Burt’s Pumpkin Patch. We found Bradley’s by accident. For some reason our GPS brought us to a dead end when we got all the way up to Dawsonville from Marietta. We saw no signs for Burt’s Farm, but did happen to see one for Bradley’s. We did not know what to expect until we got there. The staff there was great. They made us feel like we were part of the family. We went on a hay ride with Mr. Weaver. It was one of the more unique hay rides I have been on. He made it special with the stories about the chestnut tree, pumpkins that grow in the air, and a tree that has fallen over but is still producing walnuts. I will not give away all the interesting points on the hay ride, but it truly was one of my favorite parts of «Bradley’s Pumpkin Patch». We had a great time and did not feel closed in by all the crowd’s and theme park feel that Burt’s would have had. Burt’s is a fun experience as well, but I encourage you to try both. Bradley’s was right up our alley! We had a great time and intend to go back for Christmas Trees! Thank you Bradley’s! Our visit to the country was special because of your pumpkin patch!
