I spoke to Holly at Primary Auto Group in regards to an ’07 Volkswagen Jetta on Friday May 1st, and gave her all my info to run for financing, then told me they would be closed the following week for vacation and assured me a call back the week they were open.
12 days later I still haven’t received a call back from them and now find the car sold.
When I called to speak to her I talked to Nick, who said she wasn’t available and he informed me «a girl came in from Alabama with cash and bought the car». What?
Awful! I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere!!!
So much for customer service!
