A few weeks ago I ordered a Naval Parachutist Officer belt buckle from The Ship In a Bottle. I received the Vanguard buckle a short while later, but the insignia on the buckle was visibly listing right and the wings edges weren’t equidistant from the top of the buckle. I sent pictures of the buckle and Jim shipped me out a new buckle shortly thereafter. The buckle I received was silver and not authorized for wear with the Officer uniform. When I contacted Jim to let him know he FedEx’d me the correct buckle… AND issued me a refund, because he was dissatisfied that I had to go through a bit of a hassle.
THAT is customer service!
