Good selection but poor customer service. When I initially purchased a 1⁄6 barrell for a party I stood at the counter for 2 minutes while 3 gentlemen on a saturday never asked to help me. Finally, I initiated a conversation to buy something. Isn’t this draft SALES? It gets better. I go to return my keg to get the deposit back and have to page the extension 3 times to get somebody! I waited 20 minutes at this«sales counter.» The guy who showed up did not apologize about my wait and was antisocial. As a person in sales, they need some more personable people. Had I been there today to get a keg I would have walked out and went to Heidelberg

Recently bought 2 kegs here for a wedding. I am impressed with the selection they have. They carry Blue Moon, which is a definite plus, but the main reason I went there was because they carried Heineken. Dock sales hours are kind of limited, especially for weekends, but every beer distributor I have dealt with has similar times. Deposits on kegs are an additional $ 30 per, and deposits on taps are $ 50 per day. All of the deposits are refundable, except for the $ 1/day cost of the tap. I believe my keg of Heineken was just under $ 150, and my keg of Miller Lite was right around $ 75. The staff was very friendly, and the guy brining out the kegs to my truck was helpful.
