Burlington Coat Factory

I’m going to take a guess and say this store must be about to go out of business like the majority of other retailers in this area. If not, shame on the store manager. This is absolutely the worst Burlington Coat Factory I’ve ever been in. Total disorganization and extremely limited inventory. When I say disorganized, I mean downright chaotic. Clothes and items on the floor, hanging off racks, misplaced items throughout the store, just a total mess. Along with the disorganized store there are a very limited amount of employees. No help to be found anywhere. The other odd thing that sets this location apart from others is the store set up. I’ve never seen racks of clothing so close to the front entrance. I’ll bet this would be a shoplifter’s paradise. The only good thing is the ample parking. Mainly because there are never many shoppers. Considering that this side of town (my hometown) really could use more retail stores, it’s too bad this retailer is not taking advantage of this. Well, maybe they are. I suggest you skip this location and head south to the Dayton Mall area, this is a waste of time.

Brought the wife here for a new coat and was totally disappointed. The whole store seemed to be a mess. There were merchandise on the floor everywhere. They all kinds of stuff here from baby stuff, clothes shoes, and some toys. There coat selection was horrible and seemed limited, nothing like it used to be. Also a lot of coats sizes did not match the hangars so had to be careful not get the wrong size. We were not able to find a coat today but we did get a few night shirts. The only good thing about the visit was our cashier who was very pleasant and nice.
