I used this company once before. The guy that came out was somewhat rude but I chalked it up to a bad day. I called them this week to see what it would cost to make a new car key as I lost the only key I had. The man on the phone seemed annoyed at my problem and I was told about having to have the car towed to hem, they would have to remove the steering column, replace all the locks and it was a 3 – 5 day job. Cost approximately $ 500 – 700. I called a another locksmith and they were at my house in an hour and made 2 keys for me. Total cost $ 150. I would not recommend this company and will not use them again
